Havoc Cycle

i am in week 4 of a 4 weel havoc cycle consuming about 3000 to 4000 calories a day and my weight has only changed about 2 to 3 pounds i did have huge strength gains and my arms have gained about 1 inch chest looks fuller but my question is why did i not gain weight i was expecting more from 4 weeks at 20/30/30/40 working out heavy 3 days a week what did i do wrong i see people claiming they gained 6 to 10 pounds or more was my expectations too high any input ? I still have 6 days doing 40 mg a day this is my first cycle of any DS .

Results depend from person to person and how your body reacts to the PH. Id be happy that your strength has increased significantly! Maybe during your PCT you might see more size gains with the right combo(creatine?).
 
Maybe you are not getting in as many calories as you think or u need to be taking in more calories. The stuff isnt magic.

I dropped the creatine and saved it for PCT my PCT consists of Tamox 20/20/10/10 along with A.I. Post Cycle Therapy and Creatine . I am looking for mass with definition i am extreamly happy with the strength gains I was always a hard gainer . I did get the V shape that most say they also got any recomendations on a compound that is for mass. Keep in mind i am a beginner.

i know it isnt magic i did drop bodyfat wile getting some size , i was expecting more weight i guess i am not disatisfied by no means just looking for pointers from more experienced users. i plan on running a 5 week next time of methy-e. I will wait at least 2 to 3 months.

I was just saying that as in general. Too often people discredit things people do because they take something as if no work was involved.

Maybe for your next cycle up your calories more. Well I think u might be taking the same compound if u run Methyl-E.
 
Yes it is the same compound i been debating on trying out mdrol but i know its not for beginners i am def a rookie
 
Yeah, I'd also say up your calories next time around. When I did a cycle of 1-T and Epi, I was consuming about 3500 calories a day and ended up gaining 12 lbs. My starting weight was 158 and I'm 5'5". So you see, you're bigger than I am but I was still consuming around the same amount of calories as you did. :)

Yeah I think upping your calorie intake would be your best bet especially if you are hiring the gym hard. No worries I'm a beginner too and have been researching like crazy. I'm actually about to start my second cycle ever of havoc that I had saved up. Hope your cycles goes well!

Still have a few days running this cycle at 40 mg a day jack up more cals and see what happens with weight at end of cycle and maybe PCT will be nice to me .
 
Im now in PCT day 1.
Starting weight 205.0Lbs.
Current Weight 214.5 so far i put on 8lbs of Muscle the big weight increase came in the final week i was amazed i wish i would have ran Havoc for 5 to 6 weeks i still have PCT left maybe i will keep most or maybe even continue to gain overall i was very please wost side i experienced was patterned acne on my chest this started disapperaring in week 3 overall i feel this was an great first cycle of DS. I have to say this is a solid compound i will run this again just at 30/30/40/40/40 with 4500 calories a day. Once i upped the calories i really seen massive gains and superfast. I am going with EpiStrong next .
 
Glad to see you got some good gains out of it. In PCT keep your calories up and you'll maintain a lot if not all of your gains. Even after PCT you're going to eat a little bit more than you did before your cycle since you weigh more now. Just figure out your new maintenance level with your new weight and you'll be set. :)
 
Im gonna keep going as hard as i can i want to continue to grow i dont want to just maintain im gonna squeeze some low impact in one day a week or maybe 2 so i can shed some bodyfat and cut up!!!!! Thanks ill keep pumping the cals in and continue to go hard . I say go hard or go home!!!!!
 
Finally done with post cycle , final weight 215.8lbs.
Starting weight 205lbs do the math all in all a good first cycle , i will stay all natty for a while do the hard work until next time .
