Havoc Cycle Setup - Help needed

Hi everybody,

I want to start a Havoc cycle. This would be my first time using PH's and therefore I am unsure about my cycle setup. I have been seriously working out for about 5 years now but I've always been a hardgainer and I can't see any progress for about a year now. I'm 5'8'' and currently weigh 180 lbs with 12% BF. I did some research and created the following cycle setup:

Pre-Cycle:
- AI Cycle support (for 7 days)
- Multi Vitamins (by ON)
- Fish Oil (by ON)
- Gold Standard Whey (by ON)
- Kre-Alkalyn (by EFX)
- BCAA (by ON)

PH-Cycle:
- RPN Havoc 30/30/30/30/30
- AI Cycle support
- Multi Vitamins (by ON)
- Fish Oil (by ON)
- Gold Standard Whey (by ON)
- Kre-Alkalyn (by EFX)
- BCAA (by ON)

Post Cycle:
- Liquid Tamox 20/20/10/10
- Animal Test
- Multi Vitamins (by ON)
- Fish Oil (by ON)
- Gold Standard Whey (by ON)
- Kre-Alkalyn (by EFX)
- BCAA (by ON)


I would really appreciate your feedback. Did I forget anything or is there anything that is not necessary? What about the dosage and length of Havoc?

I would start at 30 for the first few weeks then do 40 for the rest of the cycle.. 2-3 weeks of 40 mg. but nolva looks good. Diet is going to play a huge factor so I hope you have a solid diet plan. Are you bulking or cutting with it?

Thanks a ton for your suggestion. Yes, I have my diet plan all worked out (got help from a nutritionist). And I'm bulking with it, I think about 8-10 lbs should be realistc to gain.

If your diet is in check it is definitely obtainable, may also wanna think about adding an additional week
 
I agree on adding a week. I have done two cycles of epi. a 6 week, 30/30/30/45/45/45 (epi-strong), and a 5 week, 30/30/30/30/30 (epi-strong). The 5 week was good, but the 6 was awesome. December 1 i will be going 30/30/40/40/50/50 (havoc). I would also have your tamox last as long as your cycle (20/20/20/10/10/10), and i always add pes erase at week 5 of pct (0/0/0/0/75/75/50/50/25/25). This is what has worked for me, 6 week cycle with an 8 week total pct, which the last two weeks is just erase. i gained 10 lb. lean muscle on 6 week peaking at 45 mg (190-200), and i didnt gain anything on the 5 week, but you could see the change in my physique. Good luck.
 
Thanks a lot for all your answers, this forum is awesome. I don't know if I wanna do a 6 week cycle since its my first PH cycle. I can't wait to get started though :)
 
i would get enough for 6 weeks and dosing up to 40/50.. then you will have to judge for yourself on the sides and gains whether you wanna up the dose/ prolong the cycle.. common sides are lethargy, back/calf/forearm pumps and the worse for me dry joints

i know everyone says to go for 5/6 weeks but if it gets bad don't be afraid to stop at 4.. you always got time for another, next time u could stack it to lessen some sides
 
you should consider adding taurine powder. helps alleviate back/calf pumps. dosing should be around 6-8g. relatively cheap. ive had it on all of my sd and epi cycles.

I decided to do Havoc for 4 weeks (30/30/30/30). So my PCT would be Nolva (20/20/10/10), Animal Test, M-Stak or Stak? Which one would you recommend? And about the PES Erase: How should I dose that for PCT? Does 0/0/0/75/75/50/50/25/25 sound okay for a 4 week Havoc cycle?

So PCT would consist of Nolva, Erase and either Animal Test, M-Stak or Stak.

If you plan on running orals in future you should take liver care or liv52 both by himilaya all year long does wonders for liver

No problems here, and I have IBS (treating it with Animal Flex, though).
Cycle Support gave me issues for a couple of days but I'm now using a different product.

What kind of issues did you encounter on cycle Support, if i may ask?

Yes, I find it useless for joint problems, but for this other reason I still use it.

Dizziness, nausea, diarrhea, headaches, palpitations, and anxiety which may have been the result of the previous. Perhaps I should've stuck it out for a few more days, but in that time I felt horrific. On a side note I thought the peanut butter flavour tasted amazing despite the smell and reviews.
 
I just finished up a 4-week Havoc cycle two weeks ago. I ran 20mg for a couple days, 30mg for 2 weeks, then 40mg for the remaining time. I wanted to run a couple of days at 20mg because last time I ran Havoc, when I jumped right into 30mg, my blood pressure was higher than I wanted; so this gave me a quick "break in" period.

Week 1: nothing special.
Week 2: I could feel everything getting better.
Week 3: Started to PR everything.
Week 4: Still PRing exercises, but started to get really tired because I was pushing too hard and not taking enough time off.
Week 5: Started PCT and a de-load week.

As for PCT, I'm afraid I don't have "the" answer. I've ran serms and nolva in the past, and it didn't work out well for me. This time I'm trying just some OTC PCT, and despite being told it's not good enough for PCT after Havoc, it seems to be working better than things I've used in the past. I'll have a better answer in a few weeks when I'm done with the PCT.
