havoc cycle. here we go!

2 Havoc questions, for anyone who may still be reading this thread.
1.)When taking Havoc, you should stop using creatine completely until PCT. Is that correct?
2.) Is Cycle Support taken for health reasons or to improve gains with Havoc?

1. If you like you can take the creatine during the cycle but many save it for PCT

2. Cycle Support is used for health reasons.

3. even though you didn't ask I would do PCT of

ACT X and
POST Cycle Support 2 caps AM, 2 caps PM

Best of luck!

Thanks alot, since creatine can be taken with Havoc why would so many people choose to lay off of it until PCT? Seems to me this would be setting yourself up for less potential gains. If this answer is too long, don't feel obligated to give me one, main thing was just wanted to make sure it's ok to take with. Thanks again:thumbsup:

I am not sure, hopefully people who do it that way will chime in.

For me if I WAS taking creatine before a cycle I would not stop it when I went on the cycle.

If I was NOT taking creatine before my cycle I would stay off it do my cycle then add creatine in for during PCT.

why add creatine to a Havoc cycle? You already have a great increase of power/strength/endurance from the Havoc..
trainings will be super with the Havoc alone!

keep the creatine for PCT, it can help to prevent a training-dip then..

That is what I said.

Not to add it to the cycle if he was not already taking it.

But IMO if he already is taking it he should continue rather than stop when he started the cycle.

I kept taking the creatine during my cycle. It's so cheap these days, why stop taking it? Never really cycle it off and on.
