yes it's the same, and I had issues too. Now however I am completely climatized and have no problems, a little stomach discomfort now and then but it's worth it.

I know this will differ from person to person and i am very sensetive to anything new in my system, but how long did it take for your symptoms to go away? I think i am getting a little better as i no longer feel like i have just eaten 10 pounds of food and my stomach stopped digesting it. But its still a hardship to eat my meals everyday.

I actually did 2 runs of 8 weeks and the problems persisted off and on. It progressively got a little better though. This is my 3rd run and I have not experienced any problems whatsoever and I am on 6 drive and 3 recreate a day.

I'm all for unbiased reviews, but one dose reviews really gets on my nerves. People expect too much, too fast, then call the product crap because they "can't feel" the first dose.
It is, but let us allow the consumer to decide that for themselves. Essentially, it is a 'Catch 22': if Nutra deletes those obviously ridiculous posts, we will both be called for censorship; if they do do not, then obviously bias reviews are left up.

While I am not a proponent of 'free market capitalism', the market often speaks volumes. As it stands, ReCreate is Nutra's fastest selling product ever.

For the people having issues with forskolin... It subsides!!! I used to get some pretty wretched, hard gas from it the first few days, but it goes away entirely pretty soon.

It actually never has with me, but I feel like I am an exception. I have had several foodborne illnesses during my tours in Afghanistan and Iraq. My digestive system has actually never been the same and I even had a hemorrhoidectomy as a result in 2003. I'm probably one of the few guys that can set off a metal detector with my ******* who is not gay:sick:.

You just have to ask yourself "Is the juice worth the squeeze ?" It was for me, is all I can say.

I'm starting on week #2. I'd have to say so far I haven't noticed anything too extreme. I think some of the initial reviews are a little hyped, but that always happens. I've lost a pound or two in the last week, but I've also cleaned up my diet a bit.

I'm watching this thread to see opinions. I'll be cutting soon for a photo shoot and my appetite is attrocious. I am starving all the time! So as long as I don't see naseau as a common side I'll be looking to get some. Otherwise I'll never make a contest diet ;)

My precontest diet consisted of a ton of brocolli, cauliflower, snow peas, bell peppers. I was basically grazing but it really helped with appetite. This is actually where most of my carbs came from can you imagine lol.

the gastrointestinal symptoms are highly individual as i am told. I just have been experiencing it in a more pronounced manner. It might be a interesting idea to do a poll of wehther Recreate makes you sick. I feel the symptoms improving a little so far so i am holding on to it. I am taking 4 caps aday is tht too much? tht is the recommended dosage isnt it.

Yes but it might be good to ease into it. I started 1 and 1 for 3 days then moved to 2 and 1 which I plan of for a week and then I will move to 2 and 2 for the remainder for a total of 10.5 weeks.

In an effort to bring balance to the Force, I wrote a review of my own @NP - guess it will take some time to get cleared & posted.

USPLabs products are likened to body building itself - consistancy, experimentation and adaption pays off in the long run.

if you want to "feel the first dose", stick to MuscleTech products. Or colonic irrigation.

That sucks man. Well, although forskolin is a sick compound, I'm sure you can do just fine without it ;)

well personally for me the gastrointestinal symptom caused by forskolin was quite unpleasant. I started last monday and still feel like i am going to puke right now accompanied by mild pain/disconcomfort in the abdoman region. but since the product rep said this is a highly common symptom and it will subside with time. I guess i will just tough it out another week. But i can understand for someone who was not told that this is suppose to happen to a lot of poeple to think ill of the product if it produces this kind of effect. I did not read the profile on Recreate thoroughly, but is it warned that Forsklin will produce gastrointestinal discomfort in the begining for some users?

As of this morning: May 7th, 2008 11:19 am eastern time. I no longer feel like i am going to throw up. The discomfort is minimized. However, very gaseous. Increased thermogenic effect is shown for the first time starting from late last evening. This morning i was sweating from doing crunches. Which leads to the question that maybe there is a loading peroid on this stuff?

If you check my posts, I've said several times there is an acclimation period with ReCreate; this is in respects to appetite suppression and thermogenic effect.

Glad to hear it is working for you!

Just for the record, we never have asked our testers to "add hype" to any beta tested product. The beta testers are picked randomly and unbiased.

Once the testing pool gets bigger more less favorable reviews surface and unfortunately competitor bashing becomes more prevalent.

day 3 for me was the thermogenic effect....i did arms yesterday and was sweating like a pig. LOL

No appetite suppression yet, but may be kicking in...made a cup of oatmeal and felt kinda full after only a half a cup!

I felt appetite suppression right away along with the thermo effect. I continue to experience the thermo but appetite seems to be coming back. Hope this is temporary as I am relegated to cardio only due to an injury.

Take some phenylalanine with that to keep appy at bay.

Cortisol is highly involved in various environmental and emotional adaptations in the brain, mitigating neurotransmitters and neuropeptides involved in consolidation, emotional memories, attention, stress, and sleep. As you know, stressful environmental stimuli induce Cortisol release, negatively affecting restful sleep; this lack of sleep then releases Cortisol in and of itself, having a further negative aggregate affect on sleep. It is for this reason classic 'stimulants' are so dangerous: you become trapped in a very negative sleep-and-stress cycle which is completely tantamount to your goals.

Great thoughts here from Mullet, this is of utmost concern to me when I buy a fat loss product. My results take a nose dive when I dont balance quality sleep/ low stress into my routine.

No doubt diet is the most important part of the body building equation, but that is what it is - an equation (Diet, Rest, and Exercise) often when a person struggles to reach their goals, it's because one or more parts of the equation are out of balance. I also rank them in that order because if i have a less than stellar workout once and a while, I will still see results if my diet and rest are in good shape.

I am gettin ready to crack open the first of a couple bottles of ReCreate for a 7 week cut and look forward to it as I have enjoyed nearly every product I have tried that they make.
I also have been struggling a little bit with excess calories lately and always seem to be a little to hungy in the evening, so some appetite supression is welcome!

38-6 that sounds typical of any new released supp on this board, particularly with sponsored logs at play. will wait for more long term reviews.

Well,
right now I am on Day 9 of the stack. Taking my normal fish oil, BCAAs, and multivitamin as well.
Eating 1/2 hour after Recreate, and 15 min after AP. My weight maybe has gone down a pound, if that so far. Nothing major. Thermogenic effect is there at the gym...sweat sweat sweat. Appetite suppression still has not really kicked in. It seems i don't get the urge to eat during the day and in between meals anymore, but, i am getting it during dinner for some reason. I eat and about a 1/2 hour later am starving for more...strange.

hoping by Saturday (which will be two weeks) to hopefully see something. AP is giving me the pumps and my recovery between sets is honestly amazing.

I did 5 days at the gym last week. Day 1 Chest, Day 2 shoulders, Day 3 arms, Day 4 back/traps/legs, and Day 5 chest again.

Hoping for the best and to see the belly fat start to go the hell away!

This stuff is the real deal. If you know what your doing and you read the documentation you will find it does what it says it does. I have no reason to promote this product other than it works, the acceleration in fat loss is undeniable in both me and my wife.

I am halfway through the first bottle from IC at 3 a day.
it helps with hunger but i still get some hunger pangs every once in a while.
thermogenic effect is minimal though.
i am impressed at how my craving for junk food is measurably reduced.
it seems weight is down 1KG, but i feel and look bloated in mid section.
no other effects noted. If im not feeling a thermo effect does that mean i nead a higher dosage?

I am taking an 11-oxo clone (150mg a day mornings) but that shouldnt interfere and should even be synergestic.

anyways, im stopping it for a couple of weeks as i have started testing tight! extreme today.

I’m with DreamWeaver on this one. The product does what it claims. And, for what it’s worth, I’m not a sponsored user. I paid for three bottles out of my own pocket.

Yesterday I finished my first bottle, dosing 3 capsules everyday. As I noted earlier in this thread, I was only consuming carbs three days each week, immediately following bouts with the weights. During this entire month, I had one cheat meal (pizza) and had absolutely no cravings for sweets (which is rare for me!). Keeping my desires in check has alone been worth the price of this product. Anyway, I’m down 11 pounds and still getting stronger (and looking fuller) each week.

Today I began dosing Recreate at 4 capsules per day. I’ll continue this for the next 10 and ½ weeks. I also began adding a second carbohydrate meal (pre-workout), preceded by Anabolic Pump. And, of course, I’ve kept the post-workout re-feed, again, preceded by Anabolic Pump.

It bears repeating, I think, that this product has really taken the edge off cravings for less-than-clean foods. I shudder to think what may happen when I run out! If the cravings get too crazy, I just may be taking Recreate for life!

Hi, I've been using recreate for approx 2-3weeks now and I'm happy with how it's working for me. I've dropped 3-5lbs in weight on the scales, and my accu-measure read 16mm skin fold, down from 20mm.
I am however slightly worried, as I'm not very regular to the toilet for a dump LOL...has anyone else had this trouble? Is there anything I can do about it - perhaps just up my veg intake? Apart from this I dont have any discomfort and I'm enjoying the leaning feeling :)

thanks, would appreciated any advice

I weighed myself today, 10 days in, and up 4 pounds. I wasn't expecting that.....but I am also comboing with AP so maybe that is the reason. I don't think I look any fatter lol lol

Plus strength has gone up significantly at the gym, and I am sleeping a hell of a lot better.

I stacked recreate with ap and didn't really notcice anything. MY body stayed basically the same i am a little bit fuller but thats it. The claims in recreate were very bold. Diet was also on point. Clenbuterol is far superior for burning fat.

I've upped both Recreate AND Leviathan Reloaded to four a day so we'll see. I'll do this for the remaining 10 days I have left of each. So far with combining both products I've only lost 4 pounds and my diet has been cleaner and a lot fewer calories than usual. Not sure if the few lost pounds is the diet or the supps.

I just had to give an update, the fat is melting off me and I really haven't made any changes in diet. I was already losing some fat slowly but since I started recreate there has been a definite acceleration in fat loss. My clothes are looser on the waist, I see extra definition in the mirror, my face is leaning out. All the signs as if I were on a cutting diet, but I am on recomp. So far I would have to say the most effective fat loss supp I have ever used.

how long have you been on it now?

2 weeks now. I felt it working right away and am now really starting to see some changes. My wife is also having some success at 1 pill a day. I can see that she looks a bit leaner.

gotcha, i am on day 11 of RC and AP and just wanted to check...doing 3 pills a day

Yah I hear you. Another think I like is the fact that you can actually gain/preserve muscle. I dont give a crap what the scales say as a matter of fact I want them to stay the same.

I was looking at Recreates reviews on Nutraplanet and man... I'm very saddened to see some of the idiots that are born in this country.

The reviewer 'Stephanie'...
I took my first dose and noticed nothing. Not euphoria or even a light buzz. So far this product is not living up to it's claims. Venom Hyperdrive is a better choice.
I think this girl lost her connect for free-base cocaine or something. How dumb can people be?

LOL, those kind of quotes and reviews are funny. They are substantiated though by the very same kind of idiots that say junk like, "wow, from the very first dose I felt it working!!!" I'm not saying this is what people are saying about Recreate, I'm just saying I've seen plenty of bogus reviews and early adopters of product try to stroke the egos of the manufacturer. Take them for what they really are... humor.

Hahahaha! You know this! ;) Though, I can definitely concur with some... SOME of the reviews stating accute responses.
