it would have to be...i don't think a cup and spoon would have cut it on that one. unless you like chunks.
Although Easy brings up an interesting idea, for a more everyday idea, pumpkin is just a vegetable, you could add some canned pumpkin and use milk instead of water when mixing, and maybe and extra dash of cinnamon/nutmeg/splenad(sugar)etc. to tweak it and it might bring it closer to the real thing, and with out all the extra calories of pie (although pie is good, just not everyday as Easy pointed out).
