Summary:
Yo....wanted to start a log because its fun, and helps keep me more consistent. Also, i enjoy interacting with you guys.
My goals are to add more size before summer, while not getting fat. I have been tracking my calories for a few years now so I am well versed at manipulating macros for my current goal.
I am going to use this log to track my progress, and document my experiences. I will log some workouts, and just overall how I feel pretty regularly.
I dont have an exact length for the cycle in mind. Im going to decide that along the way based on bloods, sides, etc. I will get bloodwork, and post pics throughout.
