Thanks to everyone!

I had an extended celebration starting over last weekend with my parents and friends, continuing through yesterday with my fiancee. Actually, we're dragging it out through today as well; I figure if you're gonna get older, you may as well enjoy the hell out of it!

I actually feel more young and alive at 40 than I did for much of my 20's and 30's, when my life was somewhat overrun with parties, alcohol, and mind/mood altering "recreational" substances. Since becoming truly interested in BB'ing, nutrition, and body/mind/spirit health and wellness, my life has been totally transformed.

Thanks for all your well-wishes, and again for everyone's contributions to this great board. I definitely consider AM a home and a place where I have many friends!
