I missed this thanks to my OldFartsHeimers. Thanks to a heads up PM I just saw it. Thanks to all, I did have a good one and celebrated by doing a 100 BP reps @ 185 lbs (10 X 10s). I am still nursing a very bad RC problem so I can't lift heavy at this time. My short term goal is to do a 100 @ 225 lbs. Goals like that keep us old guys going!
