The Axe Man Cometh!!
Lying leg curls and RDLs were my go to but the RDLs are falling in to the too high risk over reward category. Degeneration in my lower three discs have narrowed my window of error to almost nil and although I love RDLs they are starting to conflict with the goal of making sure I can return to the gym the next day; last back tweak took me out for over a week.
I'm looking at increasing sets of leg curls, nordic curls, and hyperextensions but figured I'd throw the question out here What is your favorite hamstrings workout sans RDLs?
