So a buddy of mine tried the halovar and liked it. He only stacked it with 6-oxo. I am not really familiar with too many supps/PH's, and have been trying to research it before I try it. I've been working out for 7 years off and on (not too much to show for it). I've never really had much structure to my diet or workout routine which is probably why I haven't been as sucessful as others on here. I don't feel like I can have any more decent gains because my muscles are so used to working out now. So I've considered something like Halovar to give me that boost I need to get a few pounds of lean muscle. I am currently at 165lbs, and have never weighed more. I'm about 5'9" or 5'10". The only place I store fat is the belly, and I want to trim it down and get the 6 pack (which I know is probably going to be achieved best by cleaning up my diet). But at the same time I want to add size to my chest, arms, legs, shoulders, and back. Any advice?
