How much of those gains can you expect to keep after getting off HD?
 
Halodrol is a prohormone, you guys need to understand that after you run a PH you need to run Post cycle therapy to help your body's hormones return to homeostasis.
halodrol is "mild" but it still will cause damage if you don't take necessary precautions, make sure you do lots of reading/research before u put unnatural hormones in your body

Yep, thanks for that. I won't be running anything like this for at least another 3 months if at all, trying to ask all the questions I can!
 
8 weeks at 50 mgs or 6 weeks at 75 for good results.Decent strength gains.Expect 10-12 lbs in weight gained.Reduction in BF (depensing on diet ofcourse.)Wont kick in til most likely week 3 or 4. Its very mild,but still a Methyl product,so watch liver ,prostate etc....Get a good Liver protector,multi,Taurine(for back pumps,if u get them) and fish oil.A PCT on hand, a serm if possibleif not the proper otc pct should be affective.. Guess thats the basics.

Take all safety measures to play it safe..

Good call on the SERM - a must for any PCT when taking any of the more powerful PH's
 
I would run it 75/100/100/100/125 I just did a 6 week at 50/75/75/75/100/100. It wasn't bad. Not much weight gain, maybe a few pounds, recomped like a boss, look way better and strength shot up the whole time.

Is clomid essentially for the same purpose as nolva? Are they interchangeable in pct?
 
i would say if you really want a real pct serm for Halodrol,HCG and Clomid is good.

I would suggest i guess for any ph end cycle..but with halodrol,A good test booster with Ai and DAA and creatine,good diet,consistant training, youlll keep what you gain...this is a mild PH.very mild,but will change body composition something awesome.you wont go from benching 185 to 225 in 2 weeks like you would with some other stronger phs but that comes with harsher sides.

ive seen ppl not even pct after hdrol,i been told its not necessary,seen ppl not take liver protectors etc... and keep good gains,i do think thats just a bone head move though..

Can anyone explain the difference? I see most recommending nolva for pct w/ HD but have heard of clomid for pct too...just wondering what the purpose for each is
 
Also, when going on HD do you need to change calorie intake or macros? I get 1.5g protein/lb be...would I need to increase? I am at 300 cal surplus...increase here as well? Goal would be lean bulk
 
You don't need HCG to make a full recovery from HD. That's overkill. Clomid, Nolva, or Torem with DAA will be enough to make a full recovery.
 
As far as sides go, if some were to manifest that I would not be willing to tolerate, would simply stopping the cycle stop the sides? As I understand it, since these are orals with half-lifes of less than 16 hrs, they clear your system as abruptly as they enter it.
