What dose you runnin Cub?

The original plan was 50/50/50/50, but I'm halfway through week two and not noticing a great deal (as other users have noted). After reading reviews and this thread in particular, I'm thinking of turning it into a 50/50/75/75/100/100 cycle. I don't want to overdo anything so I'll be keeping a close eye on any changes and adjust the dose accordingly. 75mg may be all that is required. My weight is actually up a few pounds and I am using Yellow Gold to try and keep my waistline from expanding too much :)

I keep hearin' about Yellow Gold, but the AP (and P-Slin in the mix) is BOMB!

I've found my appetite has decreased slightly over the past couple of days. As mentioned, I'm only running a low dose at the moment (50mg).

I wouldn't say it did that much for my appetite. I was fairly impressed with halo overall. It just takes a solid 2-3 weeks to start kicking in.

I also believe that anyone over 200lbs needs to dose this higher to really gain desired benefits. I loved it at 100mg/day.

just to throw out h-drol will mess up your numbers test levels t3 levels and cholestrol mainly, so just make to to run some clomid post cycle wouldnt be a bad idea,

like always you should always get blood work done 1-2 weeks post cycle and pre to see how much this compound shuts you down because everyone is different ALWAYS BE SAFE RUNNING ANY INJECTABLE OR ORAL STEROID DONT BE STUPID!

Great advice King, I think alot of nub's don't realize how important it is to really organize their post cycle schedule-Having blood panels done really gives you a leg up interms of getting to know individual body chemistry.
 
I was thinking of running something very similiar....except I was going to run a 6- Brom product instead of the 11-oxo....what kind of sides did you experience...suppresion?
Running 6-bromo would be a huge mistake with this. Trust me. Your joints would fall apart and your libido would be nullified. 11-OXO makes a TERRIFIC component in the stack and is an irreplaceable asset!

Point well taken, to be honest I was certainly concerned about the joint issue...if anything the 6 bromo was going to be bridged into pct with a product like Restore. Regardless, you have def. made me reconsider it entirely. Great feedback FOG.

Halo is a recomp PH and nothing more... bulk should not even be in these posts. It is good for 6-12 lbs of muscle and 1-2% reduction in body fat.

FYI i dont ever recommend trying to cut on a PH unless its a mild one like furaz

Can you elborate on why dont recommend cutting with Ph's outside of Furaz? This would be some welcome feedback as well.

I am pretty sure I will run a cycle of 11-oxo after my HDROL run. So far, I am loving hdrol at 50mg , but next week, i will bumb this to 75mg for the 4th week and 100mg for the 5th and final week. Im gonna do a PCT, then run a 11-oxo.

Do you have any input on 11-oxo solo FOG? What is your stand on this?

I have no clue what this means, either you are trying to put on muscle or you are trying to lose bodyfat. 6-12 lbs of muscle on anything to anyone who has any size or has been lifting for any serious amount of time is awesome. Bulk, lean bulk, recomp, these terms don't really mean much.

Its aimed at people trying to lose fat and replace it with muscle but who arent looking for massive weight gains or massive fat loss.

I recommend starting the cut after PCT. Stronger PHs put an enormous amount of stress on the body and its various systems... adding the stress of a true cut (i.e. higher HR training and caloric deficits) is risky IMO.

Indeed sir. I have experienced 11-OXO first and second hand. I recommended the product so someone who is somewhat, decently lean, but he has never really brought out his abs. After 2 weeks of 3 caps a day, he was cut in the midsection.

For me, 3 caps a day was nice for corisol modulation during intense training that the unsupplemented body would not handle. 6 caps is GREAT for killing ab fat even more and it's a potent anti-catabolic.

12 caps... is just fricken nuts!

Yep, that just sold me. I was pretty sure i was going to run a cycle of 11-oxo, now i know i am. Im going to finish this cycle of hdrol, run a PCT, then run 11-oxo. Also, what brand of 11-oxo did you use?

I am going to do 11-oxo @ 3 caps/day for the 1st week, and then bump it up to eventually 6 caps/day.

What did you recommend for PCT for the 11-oxo. I am assumming 6-oxo or 6-oxo extreme. Seems the consensus for 11-oxo.

And yea, im fairly lean at 5'11/195 and about 15%bf. Im getting to where i want to be. This hdrol is adding some nice size and strength for sure. Repped 275 on bench the other day without even flinching. My previous personal best was 225 about 3 years ago....haha

You can do that with anything as long as you are not very advanced physique wise.

Its simply a category to assist people when they are looking for PHs

Bulkers - Focus on increase mass, less concern for fat and water retention
Cutters - Focus on decreased fat while gaining/maintaining as much muscle as possible
Recomps - Focus on decreased fat and increased lean mass.

Don't bust my balls. Not sure if I understand you but FWIW I don't recommend anyone who doesn't an "advanced physique" be screwing with PHs. PHs should be used by those trying to step it up to the next level or trying to bust a plateau.. not some noob who just started weight training.

I am definately busting your balls, mainly because i think the term lean bulk and such is pretty gay. Everyone should be trying to put on as much muscle as possible while minimizing fat gain. When you get a little fatter than you like, or the summer is coming you then want to trim down a little while retaining as much muscle as possible. I just think it made more complicated than it needs to be, and people get so caught in the bulk,cut philosophy they end up back where the started. Like i said you can gain weight or lose bodyfat on anything. People find it amazing that andadrol is a top precontest drug for bodbyuilders.

Good deal m friend! Impressive numbers and stats as well! From all the reviews and logs I've read, no other adrenosterone feels the same as the original (11-OXO). Ergopharm's is the purest/highest quality, so that's why I kept on using theirs. I believe even the regular 6-OXO would definitely be great for PCT.

I apologize for that blatant disregard of common sense. I will now put my foot in my mouth and cease posting. If you'd like I can perform an exhaustive search and find the person who originally coined the term "recomposition."

Maybe I was just sick of eating TOO clean and needed some good wholesome food? Looks like it's milkshakes and Dunkin' Donuts post training this afternoon to test my theory! (After kebabs of course)

Definitely include sesamin as well. Even something like AP/Forslean/GTE... add some cheap Bioperine of course... I'm rambling.

H-Drol's detection time based after conversion to OT could be anywhere from 2-6 weeks as it all depends on each persons individual health and clearance times.
 
I'm actually in the process of transitioning from h-drol to real tbol. So far tbol seems to be less androgenic, as in h-drol gave me itchy scalp.

I'll report more later.

Not really, but I must say Google is an amazing resource. If you search for OT & detection times you'll find many resources. The time listed is typically the longest clearance times to be safe, & as I said everyone's body is different. Good luck:

I would like to say that I appreciate the dialogue on H-drol that each of you have contributed. As someone who has wasted my excess cash buying and testing countless substances like an overworked guinea pig, I have a few good things to say about H-drol and my new found stack.

Amongst the PH's, vitamins, herbs and spices, that I've tried in recent years my first impressive response to this overworked body came with my initial cycle of Chlorodrol-50, 50mg/30days. Since then I've abandoned almost all other over the counter supplements for bulking and leaning.

My new approach to fitness and cutting began about six months after my first H-drol cycle after 18 straight months in the gym lifting with light to medium cycles of cardio. My weight increased during this time from 198 to 219 (at 6' 2"). My first indicator of a problem with my goals of gaining lean mass was a body fat measurement. I found that I went from 12% up to 22% BF with a final lean mass of 174 lbs. It was clear I needed a new approach.

I started by changing my lifting routine to the P90X workout advertised on TV and included the diet they recommended. Three weeks into the workout I began my cycle of H-drol, 50mg/day taken in the morning. I found that taking the H-drol in the morning gave me good strengh and cardio during my workouts for the first 4 weeks but it was easy to get raw since the recovery time in the P90X program is narrow.

Still motivated I continued h-drol for another 4 weeks during my workout. The h-drol effects started waning in week 4. To boost the effect I started supplementing 2 capsules/night 1 capsule morning of H-Bomb 4. I strongly recommend H-Bomb 4, especially at night dosing since it gives a real boost to the Test levels during the morning. (H-bomb is a conconction of estrogen inhibitors that helps keep Test around). This combo worked fine out to week 6 and my stack started waning again. I shifted the h-drol dose to evening (before bed) and I found a nice return to my strength and cardio during my workouts with less fatigue between days (didn't get raw as easily). And once again the effects of the stack started to wain towards the end of week 8 so I bumped up the stack to 100mg/day h-drol to see the effect. The cardio and strength showed a noticable improvement as early as the next day but now I'm at the end of my cycle. The question is, should I do two more weeks for a total of 10 weeks doing 100mg/day for the last two?

During my cycle I experienced no significant noticable side effects. No T-atrophy, rare agression, hair fine, occasional pimple. It's easy to grow attached to H-drol. Does anyone have experience out to 10 weeks?

As for results. My goals were cutting. Since I've been on cycle I've lost 19 lbs overall, gained 6 lbs of muscle, and dropped my bodyfat below 10%. This is good for me, a 40 yr old.
