We were JUST talking about yohimbine....
Now this happened:
I had leftovers of BCAA's in 3 different tubs. To make room on my kitchen counter, I mixed all 3 together.
Downed 2 scoops of the mixture and popped 3 capsules stimul8 for stimulation.
Went to the gym, felt great for the first 20 minutes, then...BAM....tremors, cold sweat BP went way down.
Had to lay down and simulate I do crunches -but in reality I was in hell.
Turns out, two of the tubs I mixed together weren't BCAA's but C4, a stimulant. I took two huge BCAA-scoops of the fugging C4 AND popped 3 capsules of stimul8.
I'm an idiot.
Now I'm sitting here like that:
