How are those knees HGP? Has anything worked? I've ordered bpc for my back and some GH secretagogues
His liver values are not really anything to worry about, those should drop another 10-20 points over the next week or two getting him into normal ranges. His overall lipids are not too bad but yeah his HDL is pretty low. With his triglicerides low he isn't adding a ton to anything. As long as he keeps his diet low in inflammatory stuff the likelihood of any negative outcome is very low.Ummm - I may just be inexperienced looking at post-cycle bloodwork, but those bloods don't look good to me at all. I understand they may come back, but I'd be taking TUDCA in addition to the NAC. Are you taking any NSAIDS for pain? Drinking? I'd stop that too.
That HDL is pretty darned low.
This isn't a lecture by any means, at least you have bloods and I don't have any blood work of my own so who knows what's wrong with me - but I'd be trying to get those numbers back within range before I kept using much of anything. What's the point of lifting a car if you have a stoke while doing it?
And like I said, maybe someone else with more experience with bloods/cycles will see it differently.

hairygrandpa - Good to hear you are getting the knees worked on. I know you are planning on staying in the gym during the time you are off. Just a good way to get the upper body strong and keep burning fat through activity.
I mentioned you on this one but going to give you a direct invite to the challenge. I am sure you can find a goal or 3 that you want to acheive while you are unable to focus on legs. Here is a great way to motivate yourself.

Anyone else who wants to get in on the challenge feel free to do so!!!!
To me, not being able to walk is a mayor setback, as I'm very active on my farm, doing all kind of activities involving my legs.
Recuperation from surgery will be my highest commitment and dedication.
Heck, with those arms of yours, you should be able to go everywhere doing handstands and hand-walking!

Yep, I'm focusing on good food and some helpful supplements to get my lipids in range and the liver to heal.
I'm still at 125mg test-e /e5d -nothing else. The weird thing is, I did not lose size -but a tiny bit of strength. Overall I'm feeling better "off" than "on".
For the new challenge, I prefer to wait until after my first surgery, as I'm not sure if it will plunge me into a depression or else.
This surgery is to determine if the knee is fixable -or not.

10 min bicycle at 150 HR
I would need more than 10 minutes just to get my heart rate anywhere close to 150.

Really? My heart races to 150 just be walking up a flight of stairs!![]()
Around 80, it's always that high since I remember.Any idea what your resting heart rate is?
Never had that combination. It is also relatively short lived and don't messes with my sleep. What's special about it? It's got caffeine, yohimbine, and DMAA. Seems like pretty standard fare, no?

Awesome product!
My physical last fall my resting heart rate was 52. BP is normally in the 116/64 area. I'm a calm mofo.
I don't know how accurate my moto 360 Sport watch is, but it says my resting heart rate is about 81.
I was just kidding about walking up the stairs, but I do get up to 150 on my 2 mile jogs. Also doing incline treadmill.
150 does not FEEL like my heart is racing.
I just read you're taking something for high BP? The product site cautions taking this with high BP.
I guess that is healthy, you will live a loooong life that way. Turtles have a HR of 25/min and get to 200 yo.
Have you noticed any weird growth on your back lately?

Thank the goddess, another "fast beater", I thought I'm the only one![]()
My weird growth is on the front, so I'm guessing I'm ok?
Mine is like 85. I'm high strung and probably consume too much caffeine. My physical last fall my resting heart rate was 52. BP is normally in the 116/64 area. I'm a calm mofo.
I like the second from the left. Don't know much about carpets and curtains -but my guess is, if we dress like the Hulk and paint us green, we may "land the eagle".And I'll take the 2nd from the right. I strangely intrigued, do you think the carpet match the curtains?
Me too! LOL.Mine is like 85. I'm high strung and probably consume too much caffeine.
Me too! LOL.
I easily go through 30-35 oz of coffee x day. Without that I'm a dead corpse -with it, I may be soon a dead corpse.
180-190 ??? :smileeek:My resting HR is in the mid 50s. I run 180-190 peak in my workouts. Everyone is unique.
Coffee in really high doses protects the liver...
Seriously? LOL, I suddenly feel the urge for a Bourbon-Cola...

-Wiki-Telmisartan's activity at the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor delta (PPAR-δ) receptor has prompted speculation around its potential as a sport doping agent as an alternative to GW 501516.[8] Telmisartan activates PPAR-δ receptors in several tissues.[9][10][11][12]

Turns out, Telmisartan is like GW:

I'm not worried. I keep your daughter, need a spotter in the gym.LOLDO IT DO IT NOOOOOOWW!
OR I do have are a very particular set of skills. Skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. If you let my daughter go now that'll be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you, but if you don't, I will look for you, I will find you and I will kill you.
Yep, I know! Always revved high. My dad does too, so must be genetic. That is PEAK, mind you. Avg is usually in the 140s. Here's my HIIT workout from yesterday -180-190 ??? :smileeek:
