Was thinking of metformin too. IMHO, it does not substitute slin.
Slin does it's thing when its matters most, during -and after workout, the only time when you want your nutrition go directly to feed the muscles, if you use it correctly.
 
Never had a problem with the bush. That's the way it was. Now it's all about smooth. Now that you made me think about it I prefer the smooth or maybe a little on the top but the wings have to be clean and smooth.

Why not try out Osta again while cutting?
 
I have heard great things about osta on a cut, but I wonder if it's bs. If it does that well on a cut, I need to seriously get some. I know my first show my stage will probably be 10 lbs behind some of the others and I am not cycling the real stuff yet

It's amazing on a cut, at least for me but I ain't special lol. I kept all my strength and dropped a ton of body fat, currently doing it again.

Have still 2 lbs of Osta pills in the fridge (from the last: "there will be no more osta -hype"). Thing is, now I have t-bol. Believe me, osta is chickensh1t in comparison, LOL.

It's a crime scene. The whole family Dumbbell was slaughtered.
Only survivor: Mr.Abroller.

Mr.Abroller: "It was like a bad dream. A huge bald hairy man appeared. Family Dumbbell was resting on the rack, unaware of the approaching maniac.
The guy walked right where the kids were resting, grabbed two of the smaller ones and started violently shaking them up- and down until their crying got silent. After finishing the children, he grabbed Mr. and Mrs Dumbbell, abusing the sh1t out of them while grunting and sweating. He looked at me but made a disgusted face and turned around to go after uncle Zetbar."

That is definitely true lol I only use it to preserve muscle and strength.

I ran Osta and it did help with a cut. Just be aware that it will suppress you. It also increases LDL and total cholesterol.

Epitalon update

As you know, I ended my cycle of 20 days at 5mg/day. My second cycle of N-acetyl-Epitalon-Amidate is on it's way.

What I'll say now sounds funny, stay with me:

It seems I'm getting more hair.
I shave my head daily, because my MPB left me with a circle and without hair on top....until now. In the morning, when sliding my hand over my head, I feel the new growth on all of my head, even on top.
I'm happy with my bald head -so the new hair is somewhat uncalled for.
When reading Epitalon experiences of others, I did not find a specific case of hair regrowth -but grey hair getting color again.

Epitalon takes time, lets see what else I can report.

I really never mind my lack of hair, I'm somewhat confident and not like the guys trying to hide their hair loss. Now that it's coming back, its like an intruder -of sort, lol.
