Can't live without coffee.
Last one before closing the shop and going to the gym.
Will be a hard ride, my only food for today were 2 scoops of whey in water. I'm really looking forward to the pre workout BCAA's, wondering if they have calories too. :paranoid:
 
I mix up some vanilla whey, coconut oil, and a little cold water - then I add 2.5 cups of hot coffee. I keep it in a travel insulated mug and have 2 of these throughout the day. Keeps me satiated and sane till my first and only meal in the evening.
 
Black coffee is always a solid choice too. Really helps me make it through the whole morning on my fast. Nice burst of caffeine, and tasty too!

This. This is such h a key I forgot about it. It's that obvious haha. Black coffee is an even better Appetite suppressant than DMAA or Ephedrine for me. Black coffee and Alpha-Y is really good.

Coconut oil is awesome and would be one of my go to fats if I wasn't on a PSMF.

I've done a 10 day liquid diet before. Day 1 isn't bad. Day 2 to 5 is hell. Day 6+ isn't TERRIBLE, but close. What I found is that I'd go to bed ravenous and thinking there's no way I can do it another day. Then I'd wake up feeling normal. No hunger pangs. No cravings. And all that would slowly sneak back in throughout the day so I'd go to bed ravenous and repeat the cycle for the next 7 days.

I lost 15 pounds during those 10 days and gained 10 of it back within the week of going back to foods -- even though I was eating well and small quantities.

My conclusion based on my experience is that a 10 day liquid diet is ONLY good for a reset and a cleanse but not primarily for weight loss.

What makes my decision easier is the price I paid for the Anavar. Bulking on Anavar, could you imagine? :biglaugh:

Day two on liquids is almost over, have still room for a big casein shake.
Since I dropped the MK, hunger is tolerable.
I bet the AAS will help. Even when I change to eating maintenance cals, worst thing that could happen is I gain muscles.
If it really gets as bad as you described, with "hunger sneak attacks", I'll switch to food watching macross and cals.
 
Went to the gym today without a plan, because it was off day.

I remembered what Rich Piana said about pumping up all muscles on off days to promote growth and healing, that's what I did.
.....but without synthol.... lol

Did a lot of shoulder strengthening-rehab, curls, lower back, cables - all within 20-40 rep range, not to failure.
Then bicycle as usual for 10 minutes at level 10-15 with intermediate sprints.

That's how it goes. Depleting glycogen has a huge impact on strength...it's weird too because it isn't like you normally use 100 pounds and then on the diet can only do 80. You can usually still do 95-100 but it just feels so different and hard. I am getting tired just thinking about it.

A few weeks ago I got the wrong product shipped, instead of TB-500 I got Melanotan II, a peptide that stimulates the body's tanning response with minimal exposure to sunlight.
Since I'm a ginger with freckles who can't get a tan, I started using it 2 days ago.
This stuff is legit. How do I know? Because the side effect is spontaneous erections.
I'm not tanned yet but horny as hell, LOL!

By day 5 you should feel as strong as ever - if you have some energy source.....unless I'm missing some new fangled info; it's either carbs or healthy fats..... But whado I know....

Did a refeed today, some ice cream, a small meal and some fruits, around 1500 kcal total. Tomorrow liquid 600kcal again.

Great work HGP. You are going to hit 18 pounds in 5 weeks the way you are going. You turned it up to extreme insane.
 
Another day in paradise:
Forgot one of my used protein shaker bottles at work on Saturday.
In the morning I opened the shop, grabbed my protein shake and opened the lid to fill it with water... wrong bottle.
That stink is the best appetite suppressant there is, period!

Day 7 -or 8 on TB-500, not perceiving any healing effects as of yet.
Day 3 on Melanotan II, still no tan but constant boner.
