Another boring 1 hour shoulder rehab session, after that some back exercises and triceps extensions.
Rehab does work but takes time.

Tomorrow will be abs, legs, traps and some arms.

One hour of shoulder rehab sounds like over doing it? I'm not a PT but I did stay in a holiday inn last night.
I can commiserate about "boring shoulder rehab" exercises. Boring and often painful as h*ll. Tomorrow should be a more "fun" day. Hope your recovery continues at what appears to be a pretty good pace!

One hour includes stretching, knotting the rubber bands at different heights takes time too.
I just imagined doing the rehab exercises with rest pause- and drop sets LMAO !!!!

Yes Sparkss , some of the exercises are painful but I see progress. I'm guessing I need 3 more weeks before I can slowly try some pressing movements.

Now preparing for gym, will pop a stimulant, drink a coffee and pet the numerous cats in the house.

Today: legs, abs, traps, rear delts

Leg day was great, gave me a huge pump in my arms, LOL

Did leg extensions and leg curls, 3 sets to failure with moderate weights.
Rear delts with moderate weights, 3 sets + 1 rest pause. Shrugs until exhaustion too.
Some abs exercises and a sh1tload of biceps curls, preacher curls and triceps extensions in all possible variations to exhaustion.
I'm pumped up like beetle before lift off, LOL.

As I'm spending weekends at the farm, I'm not gonna use BPC until Monday as you cant transport it well. You can't stir -or shake it even slightly once it's mixed with Bac-water. This is crucial. More info coming up in my new log on BPC.
 
Today another rehab day at the gym. It's getting slowly better, still with much pain though.

Did some back and arms to keep my precious muscles.
No chest again, as I tried any possible chest exercises to no avail. It hurts too much.
The day after tomorrow rehab again with legs and shrugs.

When doing DB front rises I hurt my right shoulder. Supraspinatus tear, rotator cuff. Nasty, needs supposedly 2-3 month of healing.
I was an idiot, trying to show off to another guy, first using 45lbs DB's while smiling doing the exercise, then using 90lbs BB....it backfired, LOL.
I'm using BPC-157 now to accelerate healing. It's my second day on it, too early to see a difference. This stuff is like magic, they say, well, we'll see.

Nah, you don't get me to do a video and show off again, will not fall for that, LOL !

Front rising, straight. It happened doing the first rep with BB and 2x 10kg plates, same weight as with DB's, somehow the shoulder did not like it, I guess the grip was too wide.
Well, lesson learned: Don't show off like a moron.
 
I think that most everyone has ego lifted at one point or another. The bad luck is that yours just ended with an injury :(.

Lol. At our age, just entering a gym is more than what 90% of our peers do! Heal fast HG.

You will get use to the light weigh ego issue. Trust me I had to change a year ago to lighter weight because of a shoulder injury. Lighter weight and hi rep's has helped me cut some and has some cardio help to it. You will still have to resist temptation to go heavy. Hard habit to break when us old timer's were grown on lift big ass weight to grow.

Shoulder is way better now. Today's rehab exercises were virtually pain free.
As I upped dosage of BPC to 350mcg twice daily, magic happened.

The bad:
Took a new stimulant before workout, with a cup of coffee, strong coffee.
While finishing the coffee I was reading the ingredients: 300mg caffeine, well, will survive this, I thought, gonna sweat it out, also yohimbine, hm, that is new.
It's my first encounter with yohimbine -and will be my last. As soon I got to the gym, I started to shake like Parkinson, HR shot up. Went to the bicycle to measure my pulse: 145 HR, without even working out yet!
Workout was very uncontrolled, I just wanted to finish it and get out, I felt like lightning struck me.
As I'm writing this I'm still shaking... WTF?

You think it was the combo of too much caffeine AND yohimbine? Or, did the yohimbine do you in?

I've had yohimbine in small dosages and didn't notice any adverse reactions.

Freakishly scared . Went into the bathroom started to fondle myself and it was gone ! Usually hangs well .... i was scared for my life . After about 15 minutes hr relaxed and blood flow to the penile returned

Glad to hear about the shoulder! Sorry to hear you react to Y the same way I do. Read back a couple pages on my log. I used a package of Jack3d that I was sent as a sample, and it has Yohimbine and it killed me. Alpha-Yohimbine is much better for me, I can't take Y. The first time I took Y was in college - I popped an ECA fat burner (they were legal then) and a Yohimbine Fuel from twinlab. The Y Fuel had 18 mg of Yohimbine - this is a very, very large dose. I literally couldn't sleep for almost 2 days. It messed me up good. I don't like the feeling. When I used the Jack3d, I couldn't even do 2 sets before I aborted my workout.

Agmatine may help - Yohimbine is an Alpha-2 antagonist, while Agmatine is an Alpha-2 Agonist. It may help a little, but Yohimbine antagonizes much more strongly than agmatine, IME.
 
I would take like, 2 grams of agmatine at a time to see if it helps.

Don't have it at hand. I took 500mg phenibut and guess what..... now I'm enjoying the buzz. It counteracts the anxiety and gave me a bit of euphoria, well, I guess I found a new party drug combo.

I definitely like the feeling now. Next time I'll take 1-1.5g phenibut, 2 hours prior to the yohimbine.
Sadly you can't use phenibut often due to the tolerance build up.

But found out that it does not work systemic, as other issues still remain unchanged.

Yesterday had bad cravings at night and got carried away with 6 slices of white bread with ham and cheese and 7 oreos with a pint of whole milk.
Don't know what happened, I normally don't like bread or oreos, just found -and destroyed them.

For my upcoming re-start at the gym, I ordered 8 x 5mg Fragment 176-191.
My plan is a harsh 6 week cut HIT4ME style at 850 kcal a day.

Cycle will look like this:

1-6 Test-E 500mg (250mg 2x week) IM
1-6 Ostarine 25mg/day
1-6 Fragment 176-191 / 2 x 250mcg per day (one pre workout/cardio / one before bed) SC
1-6 MK-677 (upping to 30mg/day)

1-6 exemestane/adex (when necessary EOD)
