Good news - bad news
The good:
Shoulder is way better now. Today's rehab exercises were virtually pain free.
As I upped dosage of BPC to 350mcg twice daily, magic happened.
The bad:
Took a new stimulant before workout, with a cup of coffee, strong coffee.
While finishing the coffee I was reading the ingredients: 300mg caffeine, well, will survive this, I thought, gonna sweat it out, also yohimbine, hm, that is new.
It's my first encounter with yohimbine -and will be my last. As soon I got to the gym, I started to shake like Parkinson, HR shot up. Went to the bicycle to measure my pulse: 145 HR, without even working out yet!
Workout was very uncontrolled, I just wanted to finish it and get out, I felt like lightning struck me.
As I'm writing this I'm still shaking... WTF?
