Changes I made recently:
Training:
-no more TUT -or rest pause sets
-not more than 10 reps/set (keeping it at 6-7)
-more focus on weak spots, like shoulders and traps
-4 times a week 2x each muscle group x week
Supplements:
-limited whey to 1 shake x day post workout
-upped casein to 3-4 shakes 50gr each
-BCAA pre- and intra workout
-tudca only on weekends after alcohol
-1g niacin x day(loving the flush)
-fish oil 6-8g x day
-turmeric in milk 1 tbl.spoon x day
Diet:
-2800 kcal day (at 218 lbs) as clean as it gets
-breakfast cereals, nuts, eggs
- 5-6 meals x day
- no carbs before bed
-beans -or lentils every second day
-some fruits before workout and -after (for instance:1 banana, 1 apple)
-no bread, sweets, simple carbs, soda
Gear (cruise):
-250mg test-e x week
-300 mg Deca x week
-0.25 Adex every 3 days
Strength and energy going up, feeling great.
Knees are getting better -but still not ready to train legs, other than stairmaster or bicycle.
Slight problem in my right shoulder, cant do most presses like BB bench- or BB inclined -but machines work.
Former elbow trouble is completely gone, thanks to "Armaid"-tool, Deca and use of moderate weights for two month.
