Hairygrandpas log, fat- and older people welcome!- diet, training, cycles, healing

Changes I made recently:

Training:
-no more TUT -or rest pause sets
-not more than 10 reps/set (keeping it at 6-7)
-more focus on weak spots, like shoulders and traps
-4 times a week 2x each muscle group x week

Supplements:
-limited whey to 1 shake x day post workout
-upped casein to 3-4 shakes 50gr each
-BCAA pre- and intra workout
-tudca only on weekends after alcohol
-1g niacin x day(loving the flush)
-fish oil 6-8g x day
-turmeric in milk 1 tbl.spoon x day

Diet:
-2800 kcal day (at 218 lbs) as clean as it gets
-breakfast cereals, nuts, eggs
- 5-6 meals x day
- no carbs before bed
-beans -or lentils every second day
-some fruits before workout and -after (for instance:1 banana, 1 apple)
-no bread, sweets, simple carbs, soda

Gear (cruise):
-250mg test-e x week
-300 mg Deca x week
-0.25 Adex every 3 days

Strength and energy going up, feeling great.
Knees are getting better -but still not ready to train legs, other than stairmaster or bicycle.
Slight problem in my right shoulder, cant do most presses like BB bench- or BB inclined -but machines work.
Former elbow trouble is completely gone, thanks to "Armaid"-tool, Deca and use of moderate weights for two month.

If youre looking to maximize your exercises with not over doing it maybe implement both full body and rest pause training like myself. Its fun, quick, and to too taxing. Maybe also look into doggcrāp training.

I love it! It gets less pronounced after a few weeks.

I might try this during the day. I used to take it before bed and never had an issue for a couple years. I guess I let my tolerance slip, because I took one a few months back and couldn't sleep because I felt like I was in an oven.

When I was fat (really fat, not chubby like now) my triglycerides were at 780 mg/dl. I declined to take prescription meds, took 3x 1g Niacin instead and got on a diet. 2 Month later my triglycerides were at 145 mg/dl.

You are right, healing takes forever, lol.
First both forearms quit on me, then both knees. Now forearms are good again but my right shoulder started a revolution.
IMHO, 2 month with moderate weights and 3:1:1 TUT has helped me to heal and strengthen my tendons and joints. At least some of my joints are still functioning, lol.

In my gym they only have DB's up to 25kg, the next is 30kg (11 pound more). So I'm stuck to the 25's with my reverse presses, damn it.

today on the 6 pm news,

How is it going, bro? Your PCT is over, how do you feel? Any new cycle planed?
 
I feel good. I had to drop the weight and increase my reps as I stated before that I was going to do but other than that, not too bad. I took a little break and am back at it again. It feels good to partake in an adult beverage or two. I haven't been on here in a while.

I don't have any upcoming cycles planned. I usually stick to one a year but I do have a bunch of osta and lgd that I have always wanted to try but I am just too nervous and worried to give it a go.

Yeah I would only do osta if it was a recomp which has me a little tempted because I am still holding steady at 184-185lbs with a little belly, but I don't think I am willing to pull the trigger.

Why only lgd with test or trest? I never ****ed with trest because of the conversion. I still have a bunch of halo which I will probably use next year but I am also contemplating going to a trt specialist like we discussed before. Right now, though, I am going to give it a couple more months at the very least, keep going at it strong if my body lets me, enjoy the summer, and grill(even though I grill year round). I love the warmer weather.

as far as LGD, you can run that alone start off with smaller amounts and go to 10 mg, youll be good with that. don't need to suppress anymore than needed

Thanks buddy. The highest I would ever run it as my first time would be 8mg since they are in 4mg increments. I would most likely run a serm pct as well just to make sure I get back to homeostasis sooner since I have naturally lower test levels. Maybe a short three weeker with all the proper ancillaries.

Again though, this is all up in the air and not exactly sure which route I will choose.

if you stick with 4 it will be good for a cut and glad its in smaller not higher; makes dosing easier. if you can 4-5 or 6 weeks would really be best, However, you know your body best. Just keep an eye on your stuff and you should be good to go. if you need anything else, let us know and keep us posted on how your doing with that
