**** you went hard with all those supersets and after a cold, try doing seated incline curls. Its hard af doing them without and jerking but they feel great!

Used to do them. Lately I'm doing regular curls standing against a wall to avoid jerking, burns like a chili-fart!
Saturday is arms day with inclined- and spider curls!
 
I hope I never reach a day where chili causes farts to burn.

Dropped the Anavar and Proviron. Anavar is too expensive and seems to be most useful if used under 12% BF.
Continue cruising on 250mg test-e/300mg Deca x week.

Diet:

Changed diet to maintain weight and recomp.

My plan is to keep it in the fridge in case I can't get test for my "TRT" -or nobody is around to pin me.
Today the package arrived.

When opening it, the bubble wrap was drenched in fluid. God damn it!!!
While peeling it open my hands got wet, I had no better idea than using it, rubbing it on my body.
Digging the bottles out, I got more -and more liquid on my hands and subsequently on my body.
Got a jewelry scale and weight the bottles. 40ml are missing.

It's an hour later now and I feel BP rising. Aggression is going up.

I must have used between 8-10 ml of that liquid gold...

This will be a hell of a ride...

I would contact the retailer and ask for a replacement or a discount. 8-10 ml would be 200-250 mg. I really hope it wasn't that much. That could really spike bp dangerously.

Fugg the cut. After two month I've thrown the towel. Felt weaker by the day.
Upped calories to recomp. Now slowly going for heavier weights. Still eating clean and counting calories.
 
How bad is the BP spiking?
 
BP spike was an isolated event due to the Trest overdose. Got headache, my face turned red like a baboons butt and I heard sort of a faint white noise sound.
Next day it was gone.

Good to hear! Whew! BP spikes are not good at our age!

Eh, you surely aren't too old. I think the journey there would be bitter, but maintenance not so bad. Turff keeps quite the lean body and he's almost a million years old.
