"Old guy" in for the shaved in ab pics to come.
Bwahahaha. Manscaping is a dangerous hobby. Lol. I would think that in that tropical heat you would feel a lot cooler without that shag rugI shaved my front this morning completely and I'm already regretting it.
After the rug came off, I felt like an exhibitionist, a pink one.
I look like a pink pig.

While shaving away, I thought, what the hell, let's give the wiener a cut too... and... a cut it got.
I cut my fu#%ing wiener damn it!
Luckily it wasn't that bad, bleeding stopped a minute afterwards but humping must wait a day or two.
Besides finding out that skin can get wrinkly, I just cant wear any shirt without constantly scratching myself.
It's like I'm bitten by an army of ants.
You should have opted for the bikini wax. Lol. Best to leave that kinda dangerous work to a professional. I'm afraid to ask for pics of the new you. Remember, this is a family forum. LolI shaved my front this morning completely and I'm already regretting it.

Wasn't that bad, more like a paper cut, at the base, you know. Could post a picture, but... nah...Been sitting with my thighs tightly jammed together and a painful look on my face for the last five minutes!

Well now I'm thinking "Probably a picture might make me feel better" but then I'm thinking "No it won't!" I'll stick with the painful image in my mind, which is bad enough.

Took Diesels NOS Ether and... the pump was crazy!!!!
I experienced recently a sort of E-rebound after cessation of trest and crashed my estrogen levels with too much adex, now my knees are in pain again.
Well... lesson learned. kenpoengineer warned me about this to happen.
But this can't stop the "pink warrior", muhahahaha!!!!
I'm scared to ask what the pink warrior is because I don't think I want to know the answer.
Observation:
Now that I'm loosing fat, it gets scary.
The fat is melting in the wrong places.
At the arms, on the shoulders and back... but it holds around the hips and on the chest.
I get more and more pear shaped, damn it! That's something I didn't know would happen. Before, I looked somehow uniformly big, now I'm turning into a Christmas tree.
I asked my knees about jump rope and kicks, suddenly the toe in the middle of my right feet lifted up, showing me clearly what they think,LOL.Lower body aerobics. Kicks and jump rope.
I asked my knees about jump rope and kicks, suddenly the toe in the middle of my right feet lifted up, showing me clearly what they think,LOL.
I thought loosing localized fat is a myth.... But will up the cardio.
How about swimming?
Specifically flutter kicks
Will be interesting, if this happens in your cut too, it's not funny at all.
Yes, anything aerobic -or core strength exercises will help, I guess.
Jogging is the only thing that gets the inches off my mid section...and I F'n hate jogging!
Why You'll lose fat in some areas and not others:
- Natural defense mechanism to preserve body fat when calories dip too low
- High alpha-2 adrenergic receptors in stubborn fatty areas
- Poor blood flow in stubborn fatty areas
- Lack of PDE (phosphodiesterase) inhibition
Spot reducing or loosing localized fat is a myth like you said BUT you can change things to be in your favor by growing the muscle tissue within your problem area. If your abs are your probably area, REALLY hammering them and taking the time to grow them properly means you'll have more localized lean tissue to push out against your skin and you will be able to create the illusion of looking leaner at a higher body fat percentage. I've seen this dozens of times as abs are a tremendous weak area for a lot of people as not a lot of people understand their functional capacity and how to train them for growth properly.
Between increasing the lean tissue in that area, I would highly suggest VasoBurn. Its the ONLY topical solution I've seen to even further aid specific pinpointed fat loss.
MPA VasoBurn will resolve this common dilemma by--
-- Infusing Alpha-2 enriched areas with Yohimbine HCL -- which antagonizes (blocks) A2 adrenergic receptors so the receptors can release norepinephrine (NE) and cause lipolysis.
-- Increase blood flow to fatty areas with Tetrahydropiperine (CosmoPerine) , Gingerols, Capsaicin, Raspberry Ketones & Cinnamaldehyde.
-- Inhibit phosphodiesterase (PDE 4,7,8) with Theophylline → which conserves cAMP → which phosphorylates HSL (Hormone Sensitive Lipase) → causing fatty acid oxidation. This means you have free fatty acids in the blood stream ready to be used as energy. (2,5)
For simplicity sake --- all of the above means one thing --- MPA VasoBurn will be the ‘plateau breaker’ when striving to get that last bit of stubborn body fat off.
-The powerful ingredients in MPA VasoBurn will helprelease stubborn fat into the bloodstream to be used as energy.
MPA VasoBurn is Enhanced with Tetrahydropiperine --THP
I rather not bore you with a typical breakdown of all these wonderful ingredients since that information can be easily searched for online.
However -- I will make notable mention of one very special ingredient called Tetrahydropiperine (THP). THP is a parent compound to ‘piperine’ and is used as a transdermal bioavailability enhancer . THP increases the absorption and bioavailability of nutrients through the dermal and epidermal barrier of the skin.
If you are familiar with ‘piperine’ (black pepper), it has been used as an oral nutrient absorption enhancer in numerous human and animal studies. Its parent alkaloid ‘THP’ has a lower melting point (41-42°C), which is more appropriate for topical application, thus making it the perfect fit for MPA VasoBurn.
Why Choose MPA VasoBurn over Similar Topical Fat-Loss Products?
I will go ahead and layout the most common complaints and misconceptions regarding topical fat-loss products --
-- Topical fat-loss products are messy and inconvenient
-- Topical fat-loss products are uncomfortable and bothersome
-- Topical fat-loss products are ineffective and not proven
-- Topical fat-loss products do not smell pleasant
-- Topical fat-loss products do not work for extremely overweight people
I will be the first to admit that I have personally used various topical fat-loss formulas and experienced some of the complaints above. However -- MPA VasoBurn was precisely designed to rectify the common complaints and misconceptions outlined above. MPA VasoBurn has been designed into a smooth, clean, thin, and fast-drying gel -- not a messy lotion.
The gel dries so fast that you will not have any sticky or tacky residue like similar products. As for concerns of topical fat-loss products being a hoax (according to a multitude of research papers) ,topical theophylline and yohimbine is proven to reduce waist & thigh circumference. The results from these tests were without exercise modifications, so you can imagine what a consistent cardio & weight training regimen would do for magnifying results. (5-11)
Most topical fat-loss products smell bad and can be offensive to others due to their alcohol or DMSO based carriers. MPA VasoBurn has a refreshing cinnamon & spice aroma from the ingredient cinnamaldehyde.
The final misconception is -- topical fat-loss products ONLY work for people who are already in low-digit body fat ranges that simply need to lose that last little bit of stubborn fat. Not true -- the results will not be as apparent as the leaner individuals, but fatty acid oxidation is still being activated. I personally would not recommend this type of product for people who are over 15-20% body fat. They have a lot more room for results from diet and exercise alone.

8 min bicycle at 140 heart (can't get heart rate up, thinking "NOS ether" is to "blame", it could be heart protective, who knows)
Every weight felt heavy today, the constant caloric deficit is taking it's toll.
Jogging is the only thing that gets the inches off my mid section...and I F'n hate jogging!
If its too much try raising your cardio length or intensity and your calories a little bit.
I used to jog a lot and it helped but I think it did affect my knees too. 30sec mountain climbers, 30sec plank, 30sec knee to elbow crunches for a solid nonstop 5mins is what helped me get real cut. Would do it 3X a week at the end of a workout. Also nutrition was in serious strict mode. But like Beast said, if you don't get enough cals your body will rebel against you too.
Just my 2¢ from an amateur.
Congrats on the fat loss. How is the food over in banana land? It would be hard as hell on a cut surrounded by good food? I would have little self control.

All with moderate weights, what makes it intense are the short breaks -or no breaks between sets.
Works for me, will not go heavy until the cut (recomp) is over.
