Hahaha, have a short story on that.
Was having passionate sex with my wife -suddenly, in the middle of it, I remembered the dermatrest I used just before.
Coitus interruptus! Abort- Abort! Dragged my yelling wife under the shower. I think she is damaged for life from this experience. LOL
That's friggen hilarious! I want to avoid that at all cost. What did you do to avoid it in the future? Apply just before going to sleep?

We're you worried about your wife washing your shirts?
 
Yeah, transdermal androgenic hormones should be limited in contact with females. Transdermal typically become contained within the skin within 10-20 minutes of drying. At this point, anything that isn't in the skin, most likely will stay on the surface of your skin and can be transmitted to others.

When I use transdermal, I typically apply hand sanitizer as a solvent 10-20 minutes after I apply the transdermal. Adding the solvent can force more of the compound into your skin...but you likely still will have some that doesn't penetrate and still should be careful.

Applying to your neck, shoulders, upper chest, upper arms, etc and then covering with a t-shirt after you have allowed the hand sanitizer to dry is another consideration - in other words, cover the area so your skin won't contact and apply to suitable areas that can be covered. Another potential application site is the tops of your feet, which can later be covered with socks.

Finally, the best step is to just take a shower 30-60 minutes after all solvents have dried. Whatever you wash off at that point probably wasn't going to penetrate anyway.

Actually I wanted to pick your brain about Peptides... would adding in IGF or cjc w/dac help me get better gains while leaning out?

CJC+Dac definitely with any cycle, but it's a long run before noticing a recomp. IGF I'm still figuring out, very controversial info on it, if you dig deep.
My very best experience is with Melanotan 2. If you don't mind to get a tan and darker moles, try it!
Only 0.75mg a day cuts my appetite to ZERO -and still works after 7weeks of using it. My friend uses it, for him the "anorexic" effect starts at 2mg/day, he does not get the "boner side" of it. I get the "perma boner" from 1mg and above.
It's not a "perma boner" but only ONE "unclean thought" and he's up. LOL

My maid washes my shirts and she already looks masculine, lol.
I use it one hour before workouts, sex only on off days for me, lol, 2-3 days a week, I'm older, remember?
 
Nah, no experience with Caber, SFreed or smith_69. hehehe.

But tried Trenavar (PH), gave me all the tren sides, since then I read a lot about tren and ancillaries.
Last thing I read was: Using mast with tren cuts tren sides. Caber is sort of mandatory.

I tried prami, because it's way cheaper than caber. Prami for me is "Azz-rape in a bottle", the sides are torture.

HGP has used it and using it now, 5 times a day
 
OK peeps. Back here in the main log today!

Had a productive but tough lift day. Just didn't feel 100%. Most likely because I got tied up in work and started about 1.5 hours after taking PWO instead of the normal 45-60min.

Got it done and got my numbers. Ever wonder if my weak DVD workout is as good as the gym? Not as much variety, sure, but check this out -

Drenched. Through 2 shirts, only this tiny dry spot to be found. Weighed my shirts, just to see. 1lb 8.5oz. Dry they are 9oz. Take my underwear and shorts into account and I sweated well over a pound in an hour session!

Next cycle may not happen as planned. Dermatrest is still in transit. Cerberus hasn't shipped yet even though they confirmed it would ship last week when I asked before ordering. TRT doc appt is Friday. At this point even if I miraculously got everything tomorrow, I don't see the point in starting before I see the doc. After all, he could ask for more bloods and then I'd be screwed.

If I started Sat, I'd be just 1 day short of 8 weeks. But it's starting to get so tight that I'm concerned I'm trying to fit too much in. After all, adding trest and 1-andro in SHOULD be fine. But add possible TRT to that and I'm not sure what that does to estrogen. Last thing I want to do is have boobs on our cruise. May dial back my plans or just wait till mid Feb.
 
habajaba I think it's a good idea to wait.. also, with the holidays and sh1t you won't be a boring mudface counting your macros and limiting your alcohol consumption. Also gives you more time to see what's gonna happen with the TRT, if he wants more bloods etc.
 
I'm just glad you didn't weigh your underwear.

I joined club TRT today. First bi-weekly 300mg test cyp + b12 shot are in the books. 3 months and then we'll re-test T levels and adjust from there. Supposedly, that typically means going down to 200mg bi-weekly.

Sparta totally failed to deliver on a promise (straight from the CEO!) that my Cerberus v2 order would ship last week. Here we are Friday a whole week later and it STILL hasn't shipped. Tempted to just cancel the order altogether and go with someone else out of principle.

Now that I have plenty of time to figure out what to do next, anyone have any suggestions for what to run alongside my TRT and trest? Or even maybe I just simplify things and run the trest on top of TRT and that's it, so I can figure out how bad it effects my E? What do y'all think?

Yesterday blew by with client needs on top of my doc visit. So I decided to push yesterday's lift to today.

Holy friggen crap, guys. My recovery and endurance were through the roof. Met my usual max numbers and killed it all in 54:30. That is 4 - 14 minutes faster than any lift day in the past 2+ months. This is back where I was at the end of my Epidrone + Sup3r-4 cycle!

Honestly, I'm utterly amazed. I know test takes quite a while to have an effect, so clearly that's not the factor. Then I remembered they also did a b12 shot. Could I have had a b12 deficiency? Has anyone had similar results from b12 injections? It could also just be a natural fluke.

Regardless, I'm very happy. Feel like a million bucks after that session today!

Ah, yes. Sorry I wasn't clear. I'm thinking of what to run AFTER my 3 month bloodwork is done and I'm settled into TRT.
 
In that case what are your goals man? You wanna add some mass or what?

I am in no hurry to get somewhere specific. Just want to keep pushing the ball forward. That said, I think we're basically looking at a recomp plan similar to what I've been doing from the start. I'd like to keep gaining muscle and then use that muscle as well as quality diet to keep burning the fat. No need for a strict cut, nor do I wanna get huge but even fatter on a bulk.

I really enjoyed Epi-andro + 4-andro. So I was thinking that Cerberus v2 was a nice choice because it was Epi/1/4. Then I got sucked into trest with Brandinooooo's log. Really want to run that stuff. I already have it here with more on order when it finally comes back in stock. So I guess trest is going to be in the mix regardless. The Cerberus hasn't even shipped, so I'm debating cancelling that one if I find something I'd rather run more... Now that I have a breather to actually consider the cycle more now.

I MIGHT grab some Epidrone for the next couple months. Thinking it would be mild enough to not jack up my estrogen and test numbers too much. No need for PCT on TRT, right? So I could drop it a few weeks prior to bloods and should be fine.

Or nothing. I might just run nothing. But that thought makes me so sad!

Nope no PCT on TRT. Epidrone doesn't convert to estrogen so your good there. Or you could run Trest by itself!
 
OK guys. Wish me luck. Tweaked my mid back yesterday pretty good. Still pinched between shoulder blades today. Going into the dungeon now to lift. Praying I can successfully work around the nerve pain without aggravating it further!

Don't really want to take anything that will bump my estrogen thru the roof and alarm the doc. That's why I'm considering Epidrone. It would reduce what's left of my natural test production and not only not convert to estrogen, but likely reduce it a bit. So it shouldn't jack anything up for my 3 month blood test.

Thoughts?
 
I think that sounds like a good idea. I would get settled in with your TRT before I would start adding in aromatizing compounds
 
Busy afternoon and I had to skip my post workout hot tub where I typically get caught up and post my workout on here!

Worked around the pinched nerve. Wasn't in the way much. Mostly felt it on push-ups. Feeling marginally better tonight. Hoping it keeps trending this way...

Turned in another 54:30 for lift day. That's 2 amazing lift days in a row. I even added some weight today! I guess this pretty much confirms I was deficient in b12. Right? I mean what else could it be? Certainly not the test.

Anyone else tried b12 injections before?

Other than your lipids/cholesterol, it shouldn't change anything else.
 
I need to get some vitamins. I haven't had any in like 2 or 3 months...lol
 
Skipped yesterday due to meetings and just general busyness. So today became a lift day.

Grr! Feeling stronger and more resilient than ever! Back pain has subsided. Wrist is still nagging, but nothing a little tape couldn't fix. 55:00 today. A little off of my past 2 lifts. But I added weight and reps in a few spots and just generally felt good today.

Epidrone should be here tomorrow. Planning on 6.5 wks at 4/day, 1AM/2PWO/1PM. I wanted to branch out and be adventurous this time, but companies that don't keep their word (looking at you Sparta!) caused me to change plans. Going with Epidrone because it's mild and worked well for me. And it should not complicate my TRT bloods. Will revisit the mega cycle in March.
 
Quick update for you all. I got the Epidrone Thursday, just after my workout (go figure). Props to BPS for the insanely fast shipping as usual! Friday was cardio. Best cardio session yet! My body clearly loves the epicat. Heart rate was down about 10 BPM from normal. Barely ran out of breath at the most demanding part.

Today, I lifted. I think I accidentally dosed 1 instead of 2 Epidrone. Felt pretty good. Nice and strong, but slightly more winded than earlier in the week. Still clocked in at 56:00.
 
Been hectic around here with visitors and Christmas/New Year's parties. It's been all I could do just to keep up with our RPG logs and other subscribed threads! *Hope you all had a wonderful time off with family and friends celebrating what God did for all of us. Today, it's back to life, back to reality...*


Cardio days have been somewhat steady. Slight increases day over day in regards to stamina and recovery.*


Here's the times from my last 7 lifts 12/17-today. 53:00, 54:30, 56:00, 1:02:30, 1:04:30, 59:00, 54:30. As you can see, the day after Christmas, I was sweating straight grease and dragging hard with a 1:02:30. Diet was horrible all week with guests really throwing a wrench in my plans. Yesterday, diet was back on track and you can see it with today's 54:30. Felt strong and motivated, although definitely also feeling chubby. Especially during warm up jumping jacks :).


RagNOrok, Cordygen, and RPG are combining with Epidrone for one seriously solid strength and recovery stack!

Thank you sir! One day I may go more traditional. But even with all the distractions and bad diet, I can see I'm still making gains. When the gains stop, I'll know it's time. Biceps and chest are popping more in the past couple weeks for sure.
 
And my other favorite Christmas shirt has also been retired for the year. Back to reality!

Strength and endurance continue to increase now that Epidrone is effectively flooding my body.

Weds 53:45, today was 53:15! I'm back to where I was on my last Epidrone run where I'm taking almost no breaks and just blasting through. Feeling marginally stronger and will most likely be upping weights in another week or two. That's the thing about getting my heart rate back down. I am recovering better in between and have more strength to give each move.

Cardio this week has also been baller. I added some time or counts on a couple moves. Still doing the same 30 + 15 minute DVD workouts, but maximizing their effectiveness. Just making sure as things get easier that I continue to push to my limits. I also like doing the same DVD workouts simply because it's really easy to compare heart graphs and breaks when everything else is the same.

Lastly, I'm beginning to lean out again after the holidays. Interestingly, I think I look bigger as that fat comes off. I'm going to call Christmas week a "mini bulk" as I think it did some good!

Quick update...

I've been getting a little performance bump from my B12 shot. But only for a few days. Discussed with the nurse and she said they had a version that lasts 2 weeks. Which is the same as my TRT shots. So I paid the difference Friday and got the good stuff.

Monday was a lift day. Possibly my best lift day.... EVER! 52:45 and I felt STRONG!

Was it the new B12? I'm now 4+ weeks into TRT. Was that it? Oh yeah, I'm also 3.5 weeks into my Epidrone run! Considering it was the best session in a really long time, if not ever, I'm willing to bet it's all 3!

Monday afternoon I noticed a tweak in my low back. Sciatica was kicking up. Hot tub, ice, relief, and injure-eeze.

Tuesday I had a massage, then it was time for cardio. I went 75% to get my hr up but not pushing enough to lose control of my core. Low back still not happy. More tub, more ice.

Today, I woke up knowing I was taking the day off. Sciatica has been bugging me all day in my office chair. Inversion table helping a little. Now, tub time.

Hoping tomorrow I'm confident enough to get back to lifting. Sucks. Just as I was getting in a serious groove, the old back injury comes back to haunt me!
