H-roid for cutting

not really sure but would H-roid be effective for cutting as well as bulking i already have it and thinking of starting a cut but if thats not what its meant for id rather bulk some more than waste my money
any advice?

It can be used for either...depends on how you diet and such if you want to bulk or cut
