H-Drol PCT

I took it during pct after pct assist. I also took tribulus and creatine along with it.

How's the pct coming along?

End of week two and I have yet to lose any weight. On 10mg nolva, pct assist, and reversitol now. Libido seems to have skyrocketed and I'm stoked that I haven't lost weight, weigh 162 as of today and still the same strength. Starting creatine Monday, I've been out of town and forgot it.
 
What dosing protocol are you using for nolv

That is great to hear bro! I kept my weight til about this time period and then slowing lost about 4-5 lbs in the 3rd and 4th week. Interesting to hear you havent lost any and still didnt start creatine! That is awesome it will probably add to you maintaining that weight man! Keep it up, and dont forget to keep eating like a hog and hitting the gym hard!

Training was the Layne Norton hypertrophy split, with a few things added to it
I lived off of eggs and chicken for the most part. A mix of egg whites and whole for breakfast, and ~1.5 lbs of chicken through the day, along with a couple weight gainer shakes. I've been cheating lately and haven't been eating clean with being out of town for thanksgiving. Way too many wendys trips and cheeseburgers.

On cycle I was taking saw palmetto, cycle assist, fish oil, multivitamins, glucosamine and dosed hdrol 50/50/75/75/75.

My PCT is 20/20/10/10 Nolvadex, PCT assist, and reversitol. I'm starting creatine today. Also am still taking multivitamins and fish oil. Have been eating as much as I possibly can and quit counting calories but know that it is well over 3300. If I gain a little fat I'm not too worried, it shouldn't be hard to lean out.
 
Looks like you had a great cycle. Make sure you keep the calories up from good food so the gains have time to solidify. I started to restrict calories to soon last cycle and I think that is what hurt my gains the most. Did you go high carb throughout the cycle?
 
Not too high on the carbs, I plan to keep the same diet for a long time being I still have a lot of weight I'd like to gain.

Good update bro! Glad you had such good results, sounds almost mimicking mine. Just make sure this week is all the cheats you get for a while! It takes discipline to keep gains, as most of the gains dont solidify for atleast 6-8 weeks after a cycle. Meaning they are very easy to lose if you dont train your body to keep them! Make sure you dose your creatine X2 the first 4-5 days you start it, it kickstarts it in to your system. I take it pre-workout, during workout then 5 hours after and 5 hours after that. It allows it to get a build up in system, then do the normal dosing after that which I do pre and during or post workout. Good luck, I will be starting soon so hope you are there with me! Running sponsored logs right now so have to be patient for another few weeks, I would love to start my cycle at my last end of cycle weight of 172. Hoping the tropinol will help with that!

Make sure you let your body fully recover before you do one though bro! I've been natty for going on 3 1/2 months now. Stick around the promotions pages and see if you can score yourself some natty products to run, or check out reviews there are a lot of good products out there.

good job on your cycle... one thing that you may want to try is Need2slin... its a great supp especially if you take it before a big carb meal... i have seen so many people have success with it and i have as well... it really does work wonders man... just something that may help you...
 
Past the 4 week mark and done with nolva, still using reversitol and pct assist at recommended dosages. Actually didn't use creatine as intended and just started it yesterday. Without creatine, kept 100% of my gains do far. Same weight and strength as my peak on cycle.

Not loading up on creatine, but taking the normal dosing and am currently at 164 lbs and gaining. Put 20 lbs on my bench in the past 3 weeks actually :D Maxing on deads and squats this week also to see where I'm at
 
Sounds like a well executed cycle. I just started mine again yesterday. For the past three weeks I've upped my calories and started new training routine to prime my body. I've already gained some solid mass(a pound or so) so with the help of my little friend hdrol this should be a great cycle. Im excited to see how my pct turns out too. I scored a free bottle of Endosurge and will stack that with RV2 to get levels back in check. The profiles of each look even better now when used with each other. I'm going to start a log like you did. My last cycle I didn't keep up with much except for strength gains. What week pct are you in?

With moving and a lot of stuff going on I've dropped to 161 but still lift about the same. Taking creatine. I could potentially cycle in a couple weeks if I wanted to lol

What you planning on cycling? I'm already excited for my next cycle LMAO and I'm not even finished here. It's fun preparing and mapping out a cycle.
