H-drol log. Plain and Simple

My intention with this log is plain and simple. Im going to log a 5 week cycle of H-drol and let you guys fire away with the questions as to what im feeling and what its doing. Although, I will post daily updates.
I will go over my pct when the time comes.
My cycle of H-drol is 50/50/75/75/75.
Im currently taking L-tox in the morning and Cycle assist at night for liver support while on cycle. Ofcourse the dosing of each has been modified to allow the use of both.
I am also taking Animal Pak as multi-v, Dark matter for post workout recovery, and Dymatize 12 hour elite, along with Pro-complex for my protein shakes.
Im not looking to cut, so my carbs are still high and my protein intake is around 2g per lb of lean mass. My diet is strict with 6 meals a day all good foods. I dont slack.
My current body comp:
207lbs @ 16% bodyfat.

On cycle im looking to cut that to about 12% by the end of the 5 weeks.

I will be posting to fill any gaps in my info.
 
I started the cycle on Tuesday, Feb 16th.
I did hams and calves on tuesday. Didnt notice much of anything. Felt alittle sick from body adjusting to the h-drol.as Expected.
 
Wednesday Feb 17th-
Did Back and bi's-
Felt pretty good-
Got alittle sick feeling while doing bent over rows. Once again, I'd assume this is just my body adjusting. Had a great pump going the whole time. I wouldnt contribute that to the h-drol though, still seems alittle soon to be feeling it work. Today was a pretty heavy day for me- Stayed between 3 sets of 6-8 reps, using a 20 second pause after doing any 6-rep set and did another 3 reps for a total of 9. I pyramid weight on heavy days fyi.
 
Thursday, Feb 18th.
Today is a rest day for me. I will be doing shoulders and traps tomorrow.
I feel pretty good today, alittle tired. Im one of the lucky ones who experience insomnia while on cycle it seems. Other then that, no sides to speak of. I feel pretty good!
 
Curious, if you plan on losing 4% BF which would equate to about 8 lbs of fat in 5 weeks, how do you plan on doing that without reducing your Cals?

Im currently midway in my 2 week and results have been decent so far.
BTW I have lowered my calorie intake slightly aswell as my carbs.However, Im still trying to make gains. I'd simply like to lean out alittle more. My current body comp is 213lbs at the top of 15% bf (as of today)
Some of this is surely water weight as I have increased my water intake. One thing that really stands out to me thus far is the need for more water. On the downside I seem to be alittle under the weather today with a slight cold. Felt alittle weak during workout today (chest/tris) but all of my lifts have seen decent increases in both weight and repetitions. I'd be more then happy to post pics if you guys are interested. I did take a before picture just for personal reference. Hmmm... Also on the pro side of things, recovery has been great and is much more rapid then off cycle.Vascularity and pumps are becoming a norm in the gym it seems (feels amazing). CONS! So far I have not had any "back pumps" so to say. . . Blood pressure has seen a slight increase (nothing to worry about" ....I was experiencing trouble sleeping due to the h-drol so my trainer hooked me up with a supplement called quadra cuts night time by Max Muscle which slightly aids in fat loss and promotes restful sleep (contains melatonin)
The quadra cuts is great and has totally cured my sleep issue.

at your weight, and given the nature of h-drol I would run it for 6 weeks at 90mg through. or 100 if its 25mg caps. Just my .02

h-drol is my favorate ph but it kicks in slow but its worth it. Love the leaning / hardening effects that accompany the strength gains. But i believe its under dosed.
 
Hmm I will check it out. I actually jumped to 75mg a day starting my second week instead of waiting until the 3rd and I got sick, my nutritionist told me to drop back to 50mg until week three and im basically better? That being said, I took saturday and sunday(today) off since im sick, staying at 50mg a day. I did my body comp on saturday and I am currently 210lbs @ %12 b.f. Mind you I have a professional trainer do this at a shop.
 
qwerty thanks for the link- that is a great source. I have actually been there multiple times and aided me in my decision of which ph I wanted to run.
 
pretty curious as to how things are going / went. i am going to start a 5 week h-drol cycle in july so im anxious to see how things went for ya.
 
I know this log is old- But for those who are curious, the cycle was amazing. I put on close to 12lbs of lean mass. I peaked at 213lbs at 12% bf. Recycle was my choice for pct which was followed by 3 weeks of powerfull and zma. P.S. powerful and zma work amazing together. 2 powefull before workout and 3 powerfull + 3 caps of zma at night does the trick. My current body comp is around 210lbs @ 11% bf. I chose to do more volume training then anything else during the h-drol cycle. Just a side note, I never took more then 50mg. When I bumped to 75mg a day I got sick and was unable to lift so I stayed at 50mg for the duration of the cycle and still yeilded incredible results

thanks for all of the replies- let me know how your cycles turn out.
Also, this question is directed toward the more seasoned guys here on am- My last h-drol cycle ended march 26th, and I followed it with a 3 week pct- Is it to soon for me to start a second cycle this coming week?
 
Fcrane, thanks for all of your help along the way brother- I know we didnt click at first but your knowledge definately inspired to learn my stuff before jumping into anything. I picked up anabolics 8th edition and have read essentially the entire book. I am also working with a very well-versed trainer who is teaching me a few things
 
Can I get a few opinions on pct for the next cycle? Im consider either formestane or exemestane and I may throw in some nolva...
