Cycle is going pretty good. Sorry I haven't been updating much for those that are following. I've been real busy.

Just to update on how things are going, my cycle is just about finished. I'm coming on my 4th week. What I've noticed is after the third week, the pump you feel on a daily basis decreases a bit the closer you get to week 4. Strength is still up and so is stamina. Focus is a bit off, but I believe it's just me.

My body is looking awesome. I'm a lot fuller and my muscle bellies are thicker. What I've noticed (this could just me me) is that I have to keep my calories real high around week 3. I flatten out a bit if I don't get the calories in.

Any questions let me know.

Dermacrine Sustain (5-8 squirts per days on skin for 30 days or until bottle is empty)
Novadex (4/night for 15 days)
Retain 2 mega dosed (5/day for 35 days)
Leviathan (2-3 day)
MAN Vaporize (3-4/day)
Multi-Vitamin

Strength still going up in the gym. Have been off H-Drol for 3 days and off the Fuzra for a good week now.

Very, very pleased with this cycle. Cut up nice and my strength shot up. Personal bests on bench and squat and I could work out all day--so good was my mood in the gym.

Might try this stack again in January or so or may sub Havoc (or M Drol??) instead.

How about you Crusir?

I would not megadose retain. That just sets you up for a big cortisol rebound when you come finish PCT. Use moderate amounts of retain and just work to keep your diet clean.

taper it? Start at 5 and work down to 3/day you mean?

The idea came from another poster who mega dosed retain 2 and x-lean and got tremendous results, I guess. He even was suggesting possibly taking retain2 as an everyday supplement to help against cortisol.

Any thoughts?

no, start at 3 or 4 and work down to one a day when you wake up in the morning. your body needs cortisol. You want to minimize it, not eliminate it.

if you run it 4 weeks go from 4-1ed
during this period decreasing it by 1 per week should be fine
klugman is right your body does need cortisol
its just when there is an excess and when there is none is when problems start occuring
have fun gaining in pct as well because H-drol stays in your system for a while once it has built up:head:

Sustain (which is nice; rubs in easy and no smell)
Retain2 (From 5/day and will taper down through 2 bottles)
ActivaTE (starting in a day or so)
Novadex (finishing in a few days)
Leviathan (favorite supplement going right now)
Creatine
MAN Vaporize

Yeah some say that it stays in the system for a while. How did you like the Sustain? I was considering it. What I'm wondering is how it would work in replacement of a SERM. Say for instance, Sustain for M-Drol.

Molo, how did you use Retain, did you use that right at the beginning of PCT?
 
Today is my last day on this cycle. I'm hoping that my strength and pump will not decrease over time. My body picks up mass pretty quickly so I'm not to concern with that. I'm just hoping to keep that hard dense look.

Some side effects I've noticed near the end is some pimples developing. On Friday, I felt really sick as well after my workout. I had my blood pressure checked and it's sitting at 144. The nurse told me that I should be at 110 for my age.

For post cycle therapy I'm going to stick to just taking the ATD with cort blocker and test booster. I'm not to excited about the ATD as I've heard it kills your libido... I'm also going to add some arginine.

With the cortisol blocker, what do you guys think?... Should I hold it off until the 3rd and 4th week or should I begin it at day 1 of post cycle therapy? There's mix opinions on this. Comp Edge Labs recommended the 1st day of PCT.

I will write more later.

Start cortisol blocker right after you finish your cycle.
Go with max dosage but don't overdo it. Trust me on this I've made the mistake.

I thought I read you had a nipple swelling but I might have read that on another post. I'm going to re-search this thread...
 
Here's a few other tips that helped me my last PCT:

- get some extra sleep every day
- keep your good carbs high
- if you feel out of it take an extra rest day
- try to lay off the booze until PCT is complete (don't know if you drink...just sayin')
- drink tons of water

Klug I'll follow your advice on the cort. I'm going to be using Lean X.

No I didn't have any nipple swelling. I'll keep the B-6 in mind though if that did occured. This cycle went pretty well though overall.
 
Started the retain right after.

Sustain seems legit. My libido has been shot for awhile but seems to be coming back. Excited to start the ActivaTE soon.

Yeah losing your libido can't be great... I'll be doing Activate as well as a part of post cycle therapy. Let me know how you do molo.

molo, I actually have one more day of H-Drol. I'm not sure if I will use the Act to be quite honest. I might just use the Tor and cort blocker.

If you look at AAS users and their pct, they don't really use any of the otc stuff. many use nolva, clom, liquidex, or some sort of that depending on their goal.

I'm still trying to figure this out. This is kind of a last minute change in pct I know... Just want to make sure I get things right.

I used torem for 4 weeks. I didn't dose it that high though...I only used on bottle and use Jungle warfare at the same time (but ramped up JW slowly).

I didn't need more than 4 weeks of torem but other people might be different...just sayin...
 
i did the math on the liquid as its normally sold, and you run out 5 days before its done I think. seems odd to me. nolva on the other hand a bottle as its sold lasts 2 PCTs

nolva tastes better...slightly better, if that counts for anything...my research subject had to chase the torem with ginger-ale. The same subject could do the nolva without a chaser...
 
with regard to the cortisol blocker, I have been hearing some great things regarding Xlean. Any thoughts?

Just an update on my post cycle therapy.. I'm on my second day. There isn't much of a difference yet. I've been real tired due to lack of sleep but that's about it.

This is probably out of the norm, but my I've been having some shorted of breath. It almost seems like a mild asthma. Not to sure what this is.

You got a next stack planned yet Crusir?

Next two months I'm going to cut out most things and just take poseidon and leviathan. Jan. or Feb. might try this same one out again at a little higher H dosage this time, maybe Havoc-Fuza?

molo, I haven't really thought about it yet at this point. I actually considered Havoc/Fura but it seemed like it would dry you out to much. But I after doing this cycle, I didn't really have any issues with that so I might consider. I do have M-Drol (Superdrol clone) and am considering that as well depending on what I want to do. I might do that sometime this January or so. The only thing I'm not looking forward to with M-Drol is the high reports of gyno and the "crappy" feeling many get.

If I do the H-Drol in the future I'd probably up the dosage too, probably max at 75mg.

I'm looking into Poseidon. Interesting product...
 
Just to recap my ex. with H-Drol and Fura, everything went pretty well. It's definitely a great beginners stack for anyone who is interested.

You won't really notice any changes until a couple of weeks down. Not everyone may ex. this, but my skin tightened up quite a bit and my body is also harder.

In the first couple of weeks, you will have that "good feeling." Around the 3rd week you may start to feel a bit agitated.

Strength went up quite a bit along with stamina.

The only side effects I've experienced personally is some pimples, high blood pressure, and some uncomfortable agitation.

If anyone has any questions let me know....
