I AM!!! lmao. but thats not important. im not trying to be bigger than anyone but myself. FIRST AND FOREMOST! my goal has and will always be to look my best and feel my best. the only person i workout for is myself. i dont go to the gym to impress anyone else.

lol im hopin...once i hit the short term goals ill see where im standing and assess my long tem goal from there...i would like to be 230lbs at the end of this cycle or really close...within a few lbs. right now i weigh at 220-222lbs. varying from scales. the gym scale is never accurate wihch sucks. my house is usually right on...it says 222.lbs. gym says 216lbs..thats some crap.both taken first thing in the morning. one before i left my house, the other at the gym

the scale thats weighs less is ALWAYS wrong hehehe
 
yeah...well in this case its true people always mess with the scales at the gym...

man kinda getting frustrated...im trying to gain some mass but its just not happening...im eating tons of lean meats, protien, carbs, but this last week my appetite has been messed up...havent been able to eat as much as i wanted..which is affecting me being able to put on weight.
 
BA - just keep upping the cals, training for volume and intensity, drop the cardio down a bit, eat, sleep, eat. You'll get there bro - but you have to remain positive. Mind/Muscle connection is very important my friend. I know you can do it!
 
well sorry about not updating in a while. today marks the beginning of week 4 and my last week of h-drol, which i have kept the dose at 50mgs the whole cycle. I am upping the dose of epi to 30mgs today.

I have been feeling great. still looking lean and i feel bigger. weight is up to 225lbs. if i can gain a few more lbs. by the end of the cycle i would call it a great success...

Still no noticable side effects: no acne, no libido loss, no hair loss.

Strength is still going up. Endurance is through the roof as it has been since the beginning of this cycle.

i have decided to run massfx and x-factor after my pct is over. is there anything else that i could add to it that would make for crazy lbm gains.

thx for the support and keep following. im gonna get those last few lbs and make it to 230lbs.

Just out of curiosity, what made you decide that? I'm planning on running massfx/inhibit-e/xlean during post cycle therapy so that's why I ask.

funding... cant afford to run so much stuff at one time. i like trying new things. it is also alot of supps to be running at once on top of pct supps...at least in my eyes.
 
now i know that its the end of the day and all... and i have some food in my system but not really...havent ate since 1 hour before my workout @7pm, workout @8pm, ended @9:30. did abs about 30 mins. and relaxed in the steam room and sauna for about 20 mins. so now all that is out of the way...

i decided to weigh myself...227lbs i am so psyched about that! i will weigh myself again in the morning to see a more true weight but i just had to share that... im gonna be pounding down the food now to get to 230lbs. i have 3 weeks! I CAN DO IT!!
 
stay out of the sauna man, imo. Im not sure how "scientific" my thoughts on it is but damn..i imagine if you are bulking and especially trying to get up to a certain weight goal, the sauna kinda defeats the purpose. Anyone tell me if im wrong.

I would have to agree with PP. Also, after a hard workout, your body is already somewhat dehydrated and chillin in the sauna, although it may be relaxing, will only further dehydrate you. Sauna would be good before a posedown but, while on cycle, dehydration is bad (besides, you're already getting the dry gains). JMO.

All that being said, you're an animal and you've made some awesome gains so far. Keep it up. I'll definately keep watching and learning.
 
thx guys...not tryin to go against what you guys say about the sauna...but im only in it for a little bit to relax, i have my gallon of water in there with me drinking it, i dont go there to lose water i do it to relax after an intense workout. the steam room really helps clean your pores of all the dirty **** that clogs your skin's pores though the day. i feel so refreshed when i get out. again only in there for a short time.

thank you though your thoughts are always welcomed. while i have been on cycle i have never drank under 1 gallon of water a day, and frequently drinking close to if not more then 2 gallons of water. im also using swell, which really helps keep me hydrated, got that poseidon complex in it. still strong at 227lbs this morning.
 
its been a while since i updated...so here it is.

today is my last day of H-Drol. Bumped Epi up to 40mgs. :head: 2 weeks left as of wednesday. which means im 4 weeks in, and almost 10lbs gained, no loss of libido, muscles are like concrete, apetite fluctuates a bit, pumps are great.

my weight has been all over the place this week...mainly because my eating habits have been off a bit, my appetite was down a lot for a few days. so i figure that had a little bit to do with my weight flopping around. im at 227-230lbs depending on appetite and water intake.
 
all stats are pretty stable. 227-230lbs, appetite is mediocre, but im trying to force feed myself. noticed a little more hair shedding, not a big deal though. great pumps, i feel pumped throughout the day. Libido is as it has been through the cycle, just great. My muscles are still solid as a rock i love it. most measurements are up.

I hit chest yesterday....and man i feel good. started with flat bench: 185x10 205x10 225x10 245x9(i was so impressed i decided to keep going) 265x6 with this i felt like i was on m-drol again. i didnt realize i was able to bench like this. now this might not seem impressive to most but i dont usually bench for strength, i like to try and bench 225 as many reps as i can.

i have about a week left at 40mgs/day then its PCT.

I'll be running a similar cycle soon, but I'll be running the two compounds together for ~6weeks. Low dose Epi (20mg), higher dose of H-drol(75mg).

There have been a few studies lately that have shown using a sauna/steam bath post workout speeds up the body's recovery process. Just drink lots of water both before and after you get in and you will be fine.
 
There have been a lot of good results from epi. h-drol has some good feedback also. I'm looking at doing a cycle like this pretty soon.

haha no i didnt bump to 250mgs i wish i could though...lol not really. sorry for the delay in the posting but my internet at home has been messed up.

a week into pct, so far so good. i am really liking the toremifen. no lethargy! unlike when i used nolva, also no libido problems. seeing how i have a new gf this would be very bad. she demands that much from me.

my strength is still going up. weight is 227-230lbs. all measurements are up, waist is back to where i like it 34...id like to get my waist to 33.

i really dont like how tribulus makes me break out with acne... got a little on my chest and shoulders... i started to taper the torem off i did 4days @120mgs, now im doing 4 days @90mgs, and i will continue to taper down every few days, i dont think i need the full 4 weeks of torem. i never felt any bad side effects from this cycle. never once felt shutdown. and i do know what it feels like from my m-drol cycle over summer.

i am also using AI pcs, now tribulus and fenugreek, ax retain2, and np 50% cissus.

my nighttime sleep stack consists of zma, melatonin, 1-c, and lipotrophin pm. i have never slept so good in my life.

i am taking 15g of creatine on workout days or 5 days a week. i am still using swell and scivation xtend.

i will put up some new pics once i get my internet working at home. hope you guys that were following like the update so far. more to come.

anyways my order just came in today from np. arachidonic acid and activate extreme. im very excited about this stack. i have seen many logs on just the 2 supps solo...and a few that have done the combo. i think when the massfx come out i will run another cycle of arachidonic acid and the new mass fx.

i am not sure if i will log the AA/AX stack, but if you guys would like me to i will.

i plan on starting this stack this coming monday. so let me know if you guys following this log would like to see another... keep checking in on my pct i will continue to update.
 
What was your waist measurement at the beginning of the cycle?

Any update on how PCT is going? (strength, weight, waist measurement, etc.)
 
is it possible to stack them like this :
week1 : Epistane 20mg / h-drol 25mg
week2 : Epistane 30mg / h-drol 50mg
week3 : Epistane 40mg / h-drol 50mg
week4 : Epistane 40mg / h-drol 75mg
