My log will start on the 1st of july.
Heres my cycle plan
Cycle assist 1 week before cycle
H drol
50/50/50/75/75
P.C.T Nolva
20/20/10/10
P.C.T Assist
Diet
9am: or 10am: 5 boild eggs with toast also 2 weetabix.
9:30am/ or 10:30am: shake with 2 egg whites.
12:30am: or 1:00pm: pasta with cheese.
2:00pm: or 2:30pm: GYM 1hour at the gym then shake.
5:00pm: chicken and rice .
7:00pm: maybye a poato with beans and cheese .
8:00pm: shake with 2 egg whites.
11:00pm: midnight snak.
11:30pm: shake with milk.
Now some days may not be as good as all days so might have 2 cans a tunna day if i miss my meal or somthing.
This is my first cycle i would like to know if i should lower the carbs as i want to lean out while lising some bf% or will it be strong enough to just do that anyway ?
I will be taking 1 pill at 10:00am before breakfast and 1 before workout
Now when using 3 pills aday i will take 2 in the morning and 1 before workout
When shal i take cycle assist? Like a hour after i take h drol ?
Also the same with pct ? Serm with pct assist or ?
Abit about me .age 21 182bls bf% unkown 5'7 i train 4 days aweek mon, tru, thurs, fri, ....... Shall i put it up a day ? Make it 5 days aweek?
