H drol cycle plan and log

My log will start on the 1st of july.

Heres my cycle plan

Cycle assist 1 week before cycle


H drol

50/50/50/75/75

P.C.T Nolva

20/20/10/10

P.C.T Assist


Diet

9am: or 10am: 5 boild eggs with toast also 2 weetabix.

9:30am/ or 10:30am: shake with 2 egg whites.

12:30am: or 1:00pm: pasta with cheese.

2:00pm: or 2:30pm: GYM 1hour at the gym then shake.

5:00pm: chicken and rice .

7:00pm: maybye a poato with beans and cheese .

8:00pm: shake with 2 egg whites.

11:00pm: midnight snak.

11:30pm: shake with milk.


Now some days may not be as good as all days so might have 2 cans a tunna day if i miss my meal or somthing.

This is my first cycle i would like to know if i should lower the carbs as i want to lean out while lising some bf% or will it be strong enough to just do that anyway ?

I will be taking 1 pill at 10:00am before breakfast and 1 before workout
Now when using 3 pills aday i will take 2 in the morning and 1 before workout

When shal i take cycle assist? Like a hour after i take h drol ?
Also the same with pct ? Serm with pct assist or ?

Abit about me .age 21 182bls bf% unkown 5'7 i train 4 days aweek mon, tru, thurs, fri, ....... Shall i put it up a day ? Make it 5 days aweek?

Your cycle starting on the 1st july is no bad thing because its clear you are under researched.

firstly i dont think you are eating enough,theres no mention of vegetables or fruit or nuts . veggies and fruit for their source of carbohydrate, fiber vit/minerals and antioxidants. Nuts supply essential fatty acids and protein.

apart from tuna , youve not mentioned other fish such as cod haddock salmon which are easy to digest Cheese is high in saturated fat unless you mean cottage cheese.and personally i wouldnt have more than one egg yolk per day but thats just me .

i also think at 21 , you are too young to be starting a cycle of designer steroids.
 
Ok and yes i understand people say start when your 25 or 28 but i am set on this i will be eating frut i love frut also vegi i will eat more tho as you stated mix it up abit i was just giving a fadt idea of what il be doing i aint a pro nor do i want to be a pro i would love to hit 200bls of lean muscle would be great but i also know that h drol wont give me that ether a good hard 8 to 10bls of lean muscle would be good for me but i will fir sure look more in to my diet

you may be set on it but have you given any thought to what happens to your own testosterone when you take something like this.
i say this time and time again on this forum to others who havwe been in exactly the same position at an age similar to yourself or even younger , and its this:-

YOUR BODY WILL NEVER , REPEAT NEVER PRODUCE AS MUCH TESTOSTERONE , YES TESTOSTERONE -THE DADDY OF THEM ALL- EVER AGAIN . it will be coming out of your ears so to speak.
Why the hell you want to shut that supply down and go through all the regime of getting it back up and running again , ill never know.Hoping that the regime youve set up will indeed get you functioning normally .

You should with proper training , diet , rest and maybe supplements like creatine , be able to put on some lean muscle being the age you are.

Just because you can buy something like H-Drol quite openly doesnt lessen the fact that these designer steroids are serious stuff
 
Get some precycle blood work so you can compare to post-pct bloodwork. That way you can tell if your back to normal. there's a sticky that explains how to get it done for $50
 
I know what you mean i may not do it yet you are confising even if i did fura a ? Very mild one? I want to lose some bodyfat and get bigger more leaner my cuzin 22 n he used m drol for 6 weeks and didnt ecen yse a pct .. Lost his gains and stuff but was perfect and fine. Its hard ay lol i have got everythin right
 
blood work is a precaution taken to make sure BALLS are working properly again. having precycle blood work gives you something to compare your post pct blood work to. highly needed if things go south for you.
 
Hormonal panel ? That like a check on my blood levels and stuff ? .

Let me just ask one thing ... The age limtit says 21 im 21 bin trainin ova a year
( not as much as every one ) i have neva smoked in my life neva done drugs bin drunk about 30 times in my hole life ( need a life i no ) lolz steds are not for pleaseing or so i can get off my head lolz but makes you a mashine i mean i love the firt of taking ph cycle of corse i need to wait a lil longer maybye get my food beter but all and all i dont tgink steds are as harmful as a womans pregnet pill if used with all the suport and being 21+
 
ask your doc to do a hormonal panel

just make sure that you have the right answers ready when he asks you why?
incidentally are in Northern Ireland in which case you come under the NHS or southern ireland . Im not sure what the set up is for medical care if you are , you have to pay?
