I am almost finished with week four of H-drol as follows - 50/50/75/75.* Strength gains seemed to have peaked and while there has definitely been some visible increase in muscle size, that seems to have peaked as well.* I know from reading what other people have said about H-drol that going five or six weeks is optimal, but I am curious if I should stop at four weeks and call it done, or go the extra two weeks?* Should I expect another bump in strength and size if I keep going?* Any help or input would be appreciated.* Thanks.
