heres the best I can come up with, not exactly sure on the exact dates of all these but roughly the first two pics was taken around february, the 3rd in April (at the start of my cycle) and the 4th at the end of my cycle..
My weight in the first 2 pics are around 210, 3rd pic 205, and in the 4th 213..My weight is back down to 207ish now, but I have just started incorperating plyo's, HIIT, BJJ, Boxing, and Muay thai in to my workout regimen.. I've uped my calories to compensate but havent got it dailed in just yet and need to up them again.. despite the weight drop I still seem to have maintained "most" of all the gains I made on cycle..
On a good note I look more ripped than I have ever been and I'm stronger than I have ever been.. thats a win in my book!!
