H-drol (1st timer)

Well today is my last day of H-drol.. been a good run, I gained about 7lbs of lean mass, put about 30lbs on all my lifts, and dropped some BF.. will start PCT tomorrow..
 
WOW that clom is rancid!!.. worse than I expected.. **** burns my throat! Naaaaasty ****.. Man it's only just begun :(..

Yes and it would gag a magget!!.. I spray my throat down with Chloraseptic throat spray right before and after I dose it.. helps alot but still sux!!

lol, that sux... try to get pills next time. ;)

definetely hope I can find the pill form next time.. I didnt have an avatar prior to startn this run, but I have some old pics I can try n dig up and post later maybe..
 
It'd be cool to see some before after pics or measurements if you got em. So how many pounds you figure you're up now? I noticed my strength go up during PCT a bit. Hope you do too!

heres the best I can come up with, not exactly sure on the exact dates of all these but roughly the first two pics was taken around february, the 3rd in April (at the start of my cycle) and the 4th at the end of my cycle..

My weight in the first 2 pics are around 210, 3rd pic 205, and in the 4th 213..My weight is back down to 207ish now, but I have just started incorperating plyo's, HIIT, BJJ, Boxing, and Muay thai in to my workout regimen.. I've uped my calories to compensate but havent got it dailed in just yet and need to up them again.. despite the weight drop I still seem to have maintained "most" of all the gains I made on cycle..

On a good note I look more ripped than I have ever been and I'm stronger than I have ever been.. thats a win in my book!!

For sure. Definitely a win. You can def tell you are bigger, but more noticeably... more vascular and ripped.

Thanks brother!!... I've been puttn alot of work into my diet as well, just need to get it customized and adjusted to my new workout regimen, so I dont lose to much muscle
 
Yeah, that's key and something I'm working on right now. I'd love to shed some of the extra fat but I'm told all the LBM will go with it if I do. Gonna try to do a maintenance diet for a month and keep the weights up and maybe slowly add some running in soon. I'm nowhere near as cut as you. I'm sure glad I led into the cycle by losing 10lbs first!
 
Yes sir diet is key for sure... and yes adding in all the cardio and other training is def tappn in to my LBM.. but I had already planned onn starting this type of training proir to my cycle, and it;s really good for ya, my conditioning is up, my functional strength is omproving aswell.. just overall in better physical condition, but will have to sacrifice some raw strength and LBM..

My main goal is to be healthier, extend my training carrer as long as possible, extend my life and improve the quality of the life..
 
Sorry been craaazy busy!!.. Everything is good, training is goin great, diets good, I'll be glad to quit gaggn that shyt down every morn (1 week left).. Just doesn't ever get any easier .. Blak!!..
 
Nice...good to hear. Yeah, if there is a next time... get the pills. Also, the liquid stuff has a bad reputation as "questionable" I've heard, but don't quote me on that.
