Gyno reversal. Help.

My left nipple sags a little. Ive had gyno in the past. I just got off my test e cycle and it flared back up a bit. So i ran letro to erase it and ir got rid of most of it but it seems there just some that wont go away. Any advice? Heres a pic.

Im currently running the nolva now. I ran the letro it got rid of alot of what i got on the cycle. I have a ball there now but its not painful

You can't "reverse" gyno, you can adjust bodyfat, you can try to use an AI to lessen it if possible (a lot of the time it's not), or get surgery.

you need pharma grade tamoxifen.

If ur actually using pharma what brand may I ask is not giving u results?
