Gyno question after a M-1T cycle

Hey guys, I have a buddy at work who is 48 years old and he decided to do a M-1T cycle without knowing what precautions to take. I asked him if he did a PCT and said "Whats that" :fool2:
He did the cycle about a year ago (I didn't know him then)... He said he has a lump under each nipple and they started growing about two weeks after taking the M-1T and had them ever since... Well, I sent him in the right direction on picking up some Nolvadex and he should have it tomorrow.... What should his doses look like?

Thanks for your help guys.

I don't know if Nolva would help at all after all that time. A year is a long time man, if it's already set I think the only method to remove it would be surgery... That's what I THINK, therefor I may be mistaken. Maybe some others will chime in.

Well before i would consider surgery at least try using nolva 20mg +letro .5mg-1mg every day for like 2-3 months.... make sure he is only using around those doses though there is no need for more..... and employ some type of taper towards the end.... keep in mind nolva has a 5-7 day half life and letro about 2 days..... just make sure this time he puts some time and research into understanding what he's doing this time....

Just an up date.... Two months and a couple days of using 20mg of Nolvadex every day... His gyno is gone.

in the words of Borat "Great success!"

Forgot to ask.... He is still taking 20mg a day.... Should he taper down to 10mg a day for about a week before ending it?

There is no harm in tapering down. I don't think he really has to though since he has achieved what he wanted to, some of the studies i've seen on the half life of nolva show that blood level concentrations will decrease gradually over a week or 2 anyway.
