OP, what you have is an issue that involves prolactin (as evidenced by the nipple fluid), but may also involve estrogen and/or progesterone.
First, stop squeezing your nipples. This actually makes the problem worse.
Jump on the Letro. This will completely knock out estrogen and progesterone (which is estrogen mediated). Just start taking a full dose of Letro (2.5mg ED). Don't worry about the Nolva until its time to taper off the Letro in a few weeks.
To treat the prolactin, you'll need a dopamine agonist. If using liquid chems, I would recommend Prami, as Caber is supposed to be unstable in liquid form (or something along those lines).
