I have my nolvedex and letro all bought and ready to go but the purity solutions company is retarded and doesn't know how to do business so I don't know when I will be getting my package? Any other websites for pct? And how long does it take before gyno affects are non reversible? I know I may only have a slight chance of completely killing it but I want to get the best results possible. How long do I have?
 
Just start dosing it as soon as you get it.

I would say there is no fine line on time, either it will or won't go away, the sooner the better obviously.

I wouldn't have bought it there either, just FYI
