Gyno from Phera...

One of my boys was asking me earlier today whats up with they gyno he got from his p=plex cycle he ran. I dont know what dosage he used but he said for pct he is doing 50/50/25/25 of clomid and in the 3rd week. he sadi he had some gyno flare up in one of his nipples and he thought (as did i) that clomid (being a SERM) would help get rid of they gyno...he said there hasnt been any change in the size of the lump or it becoming less sensitive. He has ATD on hand but i told him it will really effect his libidio and you can tell from his look in his face that he didnt want to take a chance haha.

So basically im asking what are some options here? Idk if he has extra $ to buy nolva or letro, ill have to ask. Maybe its prolactin? can Phera affect prolactin levels?

Any opinions would be highly appreciated.

best bet will be the nolva, or letrozole. he can also try adding in some type of anti cortisol, and some formastanz (topical formestane).

and ok ill see if he has to extra cash for some nolva, thought it would be the best bet.

So does Clomid help to clear up gyno or is that just a myth?? I know you hear everywhere "make sure you choose a SERM for your pct in case of gyno and better recovery" but apparently it doesnt do to well of a job on gyno...unless this si from something else, say prolactin.
 
use nolva or an AI asap

clomid is a serm but it doesn't function like nolva in actuality, it can lead to raised estrogen in PCT, high test from clomid will result in greater conversion to estrogen and it's weird that clomid is a SERM but just doesn't seem to actually block estrogen receptors because clomid won't do jack for fighting off high estrogen

i think this is why there's good synergy in stacking nolva with clomid

also why it's good to stack clomid with something OTC that has some anti-estrogen properties if you are sensitive to estrogen. It's not a problem for most people

Erase is a good anti-estrogen to use, and will stack well with the clomid imo
