Id like to hear peoples gym traditions! Whether its specific to your personal gym or just something interesting youve heard.. Post em all!
Bizzare and crazy stories are welcome too! Also, any terminology that is used in gyms like "bro" or "spot" or "work in" just as some plain examples, or that one individual who makes that noise or smells funny or always does the same weird thing. I know AM can come up with some wild experiences..
Oh and tell us your type of gym and how long youve been there, etc.. (no personal info).
