Gym in OC maryland

theres one i believe around the single digit streets....i went to one when i was there as a teenager, i don't recall the exact location but i stayed on 4th and it was pretty close

there are usually a good mix of reviews on gyms.
 
I drove through there Friday, was fooled by the Gold Coast Gym sign written in Gold's Gym gold font for a hot second.
 
Too late, but I was just down there last week and my fiance and i decided to take a little drive to Energy Fitness in West Fenwick. Great gym and friendly folks... Owned by formed 3 x Ms. Univers Gina Hall and her husband (believe a form Mr. America). He showed my some pics of him with Rish Gaspari and Kevin Levrone... dude is legit and his wife is still stacked. Great chatting with them...

They are cool with chalk, heavy deads and all of the fun stuff. Dbs up to 150lbs as well
