What do you guys take to the gym with you? Lifting belt, gloves, ect. What mentally helps you lift more?
tp and first aid?! What kind of kinky lifting are you into haMy Bag: Supps: BCAAs, PWO, Scoop of Protein Chalk Fat Grips Gloves Headphones (Def must) Belt Jump Rope TP (You can never be sure) Basic 1st Aid items (I never rely on the facility) Extra Clothes This is just me as most days I end up working after I workout, but am usually ready for anything.

haha sounds like my kind of gym! Dark, dirty, dangerous, and prob never full of dbags.Hahahaha I'm literally ready for anything! Once there was no toilet paper....anywhere and had taken Test powder PWO...long ass run to the woods Exposed wire on a cable cut up shoulder, not Betadine or band aids lol The struggle is real sometimes

Those are most of the things that I just keep in my bag for my lifts. Those differ from the things that I use that mentally help me get into the gym more:
Customized Cardillo lifting belt with my last name on the back
Prewrap and tape
Not sure why but representing my name on the back of my belt gets me real into it. Also, the look of the tape around by wrists gets me going to. Though it also seems to help with grip on deadlifts and wrist stability now that I started on low bar squat. That's the main reason I use it still.
