lol Sean, you must have a pretty big bag!

I have 2 sets of straps(padded and unpadded), belt, gloves, chalk, phone arm band, ear buds, old phone for videos, jump rope, towel, and a shaker bottle. My music and PWO helps me lift more!
 
Straps, gloves, water bottle, iPod. I keeps it simple ;)

Exposed wire on a cable cut up shoulder, not Betadine or band aids lol

I only do cardio at the gym so, Headphones, Water Bottle and a Sweat Towel

Those are most of the things that I just keep in my bag for my lifts. Those differ from the things that I use that mentally help me get into the gym more:

Customized Cardillo lifting belt with my last name on the back
Prewrap and tape

Not sure why but representing my name on the back of my belt gets me real into it. Also, the look of the tape around by wrists gets me going to. Though it also seems to help with grip on deadlifts and wrist stability now that I started on low bar squat. That's the main reason I use it still.

Thats a solid selction bro. We must like to lift the same way. Because if i had that... There one place im going lol the BAR!
 
Haha yeah, it's a pain to lug around. Especially around my university because there are so many dang hills. And yes, empire, I feel like it may be overkill at times and maybe make me look like a tool since I'm still a youngin around my gym but it definitely helps me mentally!
