Gut Health

If memory serves me correctly, front load with 2 a day for 5 days, then 1 day for the rest of the time.
 
Yep, what the others have said, you can try different dosages, I just started using it again and I'm dosing one in the morning and night.
 
love this stuff, cant say enough good thingd about how its helping me. Like the others said, 2 a day for 5....1 for the rest of the bottle.
 
Is the proper dosing 1 AM and 1 PM, (with or without food?), or should you take them both at once?

Also, starting Gut Health the same time that one starts a NHA cycle should not cause any unwanted interaction, should it?

They are enteric coated, but I usually take both caps on an empty stomach before bed.

Some find that during the loading phase, quit a bit of built up "stench" is released, then abates. I find that if I take my loading phase late at night, my morning BM eliminated the stench for the day.

After the 5 day loading period, you will notice everything running VERY smoothly, and the majority of the benefits will become very apparent.

What do you mean by "built up stench"? Are you saying the loading phase will cause you will have a lot of noxious gas/BMs or are you saying you will literally have a stench from down there throughout the day?

Also, when you say "everything running VERY smoothly" are you saying you will have loose stools or are you saying you shouldn't have as much gas as you did in the loading phase?

Sorry for the questions, just want to know what to expect. Thanks again.
 
nahh it's kinda like protein when you first started taking it.. you get gas.. the gas is just your body getting used to it.. no problems. A+ product..

Most peoples' guts are populated by some nasty bacteria that cause inefficient digestion/nutrient absorption/bloating/farting. When you begin taking GUT health, the KE-99 displaces those bacteria and begins reproducing on your intestinal lining, conveying all the positive benefits of the product.

The process of displacing the bad bacteria and colonization by the GOOD bacteria takes around 5 days, during which you can experience some unpleasantness. After the 5 day period, you will notice that you feel much better - which is actually NORMALITY returning.

Sad when we grow so accustomed to being sick that a state of being normal feels SO good.
 
Gut Health's (Lactobacillus Casei KE-99) notes very good probiotic effects. The primary effect of a probiotic is to reduce the likelihood of pathogenic organisms from establishing themselves and infecting the intestinal tract of a host. In order to accomplish this, the beneficial bacterium overwhelm the enteric sites to become the predominant bacterium present, and consume a significant portion of the nutrients which compromise or possibly eliminate the establishment and/or growth of any unwanted bacteria. This is known as Competitive exclusion.

As dsade was saying it takes time for the good bacteria to effectively colonize and exhibit the act of competetive exclusion of the bad bacteria. During that phase you may have some g.i issues while this process takes place. In the long run when you balance the bacterial flora in the g.i tract you effectively decrease gastic distress of bloating/flatulence, helps prevent IBS episodes, enhance nutrient absorbtion, and boost the immune system by decreasing the workload of constantly attempting to balance the g.i. bacterial flora or pathogenic disease process. Speaking of which, any new news on the larger size bottles? Last I heard ya'll were in talks with Costco regarding them starting to carry it.

We brought in enough material (we thought) to have covered the small bottles AND big bottles. Fortunately demand grew WAY beyonid what was expected, and we had to shift production back over to the small bottles just to cover orders.

Larger bottles wil be ready around the end of March.

Nice, I just got 3 bottles of this in the mail... Even though my digestion is damn near perfect, I figured the addition of this wouldn't hurt!

Yea I immediately went to the store when i got the response and got two more bottles, so hastily I forgot to thank ya for the quick heads up on the availability on the last shipment.

hopefully I have enough now to last until my trip to mexico. Dont want the buffets to get to me haha.
