leg still sore from the other day but i kinda like it.
yesterday was cardio 40 min
today was shoulders
standing bb press

and got 25 min cardio in, so all in all a good day, tomorrow will be back and bi's. still looking a bit leaner each morning
 
Overall when do you guys not do cardio at all? Any big guys care to chime in? Just want to know when there's an advantage to not doing it

I'm always doing cardio because my body even in a calorie deficit will bulk.. I just gained 6 pounds on a cut :werd:

How's muscle fullness, recovery and stamina so far? Well, since starting the halo
 
I can really tell my muscles stay full longer. They are alot harder many days after a workout. Recovery is pretty good legs are still sore from tuesday but I smoked them. And stamina is a bit better. I seem to be able to get extra reps or sets then what I use to get

Off day today but got lots to to do before going back to work for the next two days. Still gotta run errads clean the truck and do yard work. Should be a fun day.

O yea also got home and hammered left over habichi steak and veggies. I also forgot to mention I did so.e research last week on how long I can run halo amd I found most answer six weeks. So I ordered another bottle of halox and will be running two more weeks at 75 mgs and running the log a extra two weeks also.

I run all my orals six weeks, four isn't long enough to solidify gains :)

This! I've run Halo for 6 weeks too, week 3 is when it started to really kick..

Yea I got everything laid out for pct and still running cycle assist

ok today i started a motified 5/3/1 and was feeling really this morning i started off with deads
sumo deads
5 reps x 95lb
5x105
5x125
5x145
5x170
5x190
leg curls
5x10 @ 140lb
leg press
5x10 @ 5 plates a side
bb curls
5x10 @65 lb

after this i did something different instead of cardio. i finally got my tire sled built so it was used
i did a superset of a form of seated low rows pulling the tire to me then would follow that up with dragging the sled behind me.
i did 5 total sets of 60 yards each way with the tire plus a 45lb weight and it was non stop i didnt break till finsh. now i feeling like a total beast.
 
After that session you better feel like a beast! You killed it Matt!
 
cardio in for today. 25 min hiit then tire drags. 5 sets at 60 yards. still seems like i am leaning up. weighted in at 236 this morning. ready to hit overhead press tomorrow after i get off work

Not sure on the tire weight its just a 20 in tire I was able to grab up from a used tire place to free but the past two day I have added weight. Yesteday I added 45 and today I went 90

That's a good amount of weight added for only using it twice
 
Yea I may have overworked myself a bit but was in the zone and figured id just go for it. Which I have a feeling I will be regreting tomorrow. I also did rest between sets a bit

notes. after squats yesterday i figured i wouldnt be able to get out of bed, but im good today still a bit sore but not to bad so im seeing the halo x is really helping with recovery. also today i was able to push extra reps on everything that i wouldnt normally be able to. im really not gonna like when this run is gonna have to end.

You set any pr's? Look at it this way, when the cycle ends the sooner you can get back on (after appropriate time off of course) I like those tire pulls as cardio, that's creative and won't bore you out. Props!
