leg still sore from the other day but i kinda like it.
yesterday was cardio 40 min
today was shoulders
standing bb press
5x5(85/95/105/135/135)
seated db press
5x5(35/40/45/50/50)
side lat raise
3x8(30/30/30)
lying front raises
3x8(20/20/25)
and got 25 min cardio in, so all in all a good day, tomorrow will be back and bi's. still looking a bit leaner each morning
