Hello Forum! I didn't see any particular place for introductions, so thought I'd drop it here. After researching some stuff on the web I stumbled across this site. Looks great and very informative. I'm looking forward to sharing knowledge and insight with you all.

A bit about myself...I've been into weightlifting for a little over 10 years now and have tried just about everything on the market as for supplementation, etc. I've been off all supplements for about 9 months now to give myself a much needed break (and my wallet a break too!) and have just been concentrating on my diet and proper lifting techniques. Currently 5'9" 185lbs but will range between 180-200lbs depending on how hard-core I get into my diet and training. My overall goal is to be a rock solid 200+ lbs.
