Pretty interesting article and for so cheap it may be beneficial to add in with other focus/nootropic supplements. Any thoughts? I have always loved the health benefits of Green Tea, looks like one more to add to the list.

Fantastic, and not to mention it is actually an amazing anti-oxidant and perfect add to any kind of dieting for its fat burning effects too! Great read brother thanks!

Also look into Macha based tea's. I used to rep for AI and the Magic Matcha is a good green tea that has a lot of uses.

I currently use Swanson organic match and sns green tea caps.

Did you notice anything from long term green tea use?

I thought AI's green tea tasted good but I did use the sweetened version. But I usually use Jarrows green tea just cause I got a good deal on it.

I think I've probably tried just about every green tea that's available in stores! My current favorite is Lipton Green Tea.. it's actually pretty good! And as an avid green tea lover.. I have to say in terms of long term benefits.. nothing I can see with my eyes, but I guess I can attribute my fast metabolism on the years of it..

This question wasn't directed at me BUT increased energy expenditure is definitely noticeable for me with green tea.
