Could this be a replacement for green tea? what do you guys think? I am not sure what the polyphenol, and EGCG content is on something like this.

As far as green coffee bean goes, look for this in a couple of upcoming RPN products...notably the skincare line. :)

Just thought I would mention this article that I came across. Dont care anything about Stella or there products, I only buy from Nutraplanet or CNW, so if you dont carry it, I dont buy. Guess I will just stick to Green Tea caps.

Actually, I have some material right here that I have been playing with. Not sure if cost would justify the switch from green tea, but the potential is there for it to be cost comparative.

DSADE,
Sorry to change the subject on ya but could you tell me which Nutraplanet Arginine type powder would be the safest to stick with for the long run. I take NOW ADAM multi, but I am trying to avoid purchasing an extra antiox to take along with a NO product. The choices obviously are AAKG, AEE, Citrulline Malate, and Beta Alanine. Not sure if Beta Alanine is a NO increasing product but anyways which one would be the best, and safest for the longrun.
Thanks

For the long run and simply for NO properties...Citrulline Malate. Not the best effectiveness, but the other benefits offered are great and the safety profile is excellent.

AAKG would be a close second, and is more effective at boosting NO.

thanks for the help. Why does C Malate have a higher cost? Does one need to cycle C Malate? Take days off, or just take on workout days only? Whats the typical dosage?
Thanks
