Great Customer Service......

Skircus7

constant recomp
I emailed BigSmith a few months back about my Stim-X 2.0 bottle having serveral (20+) broken caps........I was told I would recieve something of equal or lesser value from AX.

Unfortunately, this was around the same time as the 3-AD problem, and I'm sure replacing my bottle wasnt the most important thing in the AX office!...lol...I'm sure they accidently forgot about the replacement so I just emailed BigSmith again about it and he replied in 5 minutes and is going to take care of me.

Just wanted to say I'm pleased with yall's customer service. :type:

Very glad to hear that. Sorry that you may have fallen through the cracks the first time, but am happy that you were satisfied in the end.

One thing I've learned from following AX is that customer service is very important. Not only does AX strive to satisfy customers by bringing out different products to meet the goals and aspirations of a wide variety of consumer, but they also make satisfaction after the purchase a top priority. If something isn't right, simply let us know. We'll do all that we can to make it right.

Shiiiit! I'm sorry, i'm soooo sorry! lol

About the Rampage - I have been wanting to try it for awhile now, but I would really like to see if you guys can maybe put some samples out so we can try it out first. No biggie if you can't... Rampage is the only AX product that I have yet to try

Sorry Kathy!

I think NP used to have it for that. Possibly I am wrong though. For $10 I will say its good to go. For $15 I would save up the other $10 and get something like StimX or RPM, etc

Cool... I have a truck-load of RPM, and I'm awaiting the Stim-X samples to arrive. I liked the older Stim X, hopefully the newer version is just as good.
