gotta question on my ph xycle

I got two bottles of m1d andro and one bottle of form xt how should they be taken, like how many pills of m1d should I take a day then free I'm done how many pills of form xt should I take a day and should I get something to go along with the form xt? That might help put on and keep muscle.
