good supplements

well brother no one supplement is gonna build mass so to say. Compound movements like squats, deadlifts and what not will stimulate the most growth. That coupled with a good bulking diet will build mass. After that a good gainer maybe like cytogainer will be a good addition. It has soem creatine and glutamine in it that will assist in your bulk.

Good luck, anabol 5 isnt for you, or most for that matter, no miracle pills unfortunately
 
I personally like to stick to the basics. Creatine, BCAA/Glut, B-Alanine, Whey, and multi-vitamins. That, as searl mentioned above combined with a good diet and a lot of hard work will ensure lean mass gain.
 
I'd go for a good preworkout. More you slaughter yourself in the gym, the more you'll grow! (With a good diet of course.)

Every post you make is about what supplements to take. In one you said you took Prime and ithttdidn't work. You said in some your diet is in check, but I get the impression it's not. Post up what your diet really is, what your age, height, and weight is, and then we can go from there.

agreed, I should have mentioned this too, for years I thought a magic powder would make me ripped, or a magic pill or bnean, whatever....no such thing, and im glad for that....it means not evry lazy moron in the world can achieve greatness, it s left for those who will suffer and sweat for it!

personally these days I like it hard, I like having to work my butt off even for slow gains, at least there mine for good unlike just ballooning on a steroid.

Like I said no magic pill, no magic powder, the essentials as listed earlier will help your progress, but diet and training will define that progress.

I know it might not be what you wan to hear, it wasnt when i first heard it....now I cherish that knowledge.

But hey.,.... I still love my supplements pills and powders lol, I just dont expect miracles from them anymore!

Can't you only slaughter yourself once? I mean, unless you are a cat, in which case you can supposedly die 9x, or if you have the hook-ups to a whole bunch of green mushrooms (super mario style).

I don't know if that's quite how it works, and thought this line of thought died in the 80's, where guys would swallow dbols and lift for 4-6hrs per day.

To each his own I suppose.
 
I think he just meant "when your there...for your 1hour slaughter yourself" I could be wrong but I do agree with going insanely hard while your at the gym.Others like to rest and go slow and heavy, I personally like the total muscle destruction.....even If I somewhat overdo it....I know no other way to train...and i aint interested in learning any, lol.

Ermm, I suppose I could use a less drastic choice of words. Maim, maybe. Destroy. You pick! I do go hard on those green mushrooms though.
 
Remember they call it supplement for a reason. Its suppose to help you meet and exceed some of the things your body cannot get from your diet.
 
noone ripping you buddy, its goos to see you asking questions.....just use soem CREAPURE pure monohydrate and eat and train.

When I was young I honestlywas always told I looked like I was juicing...was constantly asked if I was juicing...and the funny thing was all I was taking was creapure and working out like a machine!
